Dive team has been called. My first thought was accident in water.

A #TNSilverAlert has been issued on behalf of the Knox County Sheriff’s Office for 65-year-old Keith Robert Conley.

Keith was last seen on July 11th at his residence in Knoxville and may be driving a 2003 white Ford Ranger truck with TN tag BFN1492. He has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance.

Mr. Conley was reportedlly last seen at Weigels off John Sevier Highway just after 5 a.m., where he bought two bags of ice on his way to work, " which was a typical morning for the Knox County man, according to friends."

The "medical condition" that may be the one of concern is noted in the article as well. Friends and investigators continue search for missing Knox County man

The area that is being searched is at Topside Road near Alcoa Highway. Looking at the Google Map linked, look south of Weigels to "Arrowhead" and you can see Topside road going from that area to the West where it passes Alcoa highway (the one marked "129"). You can see areas of water that may be the area they are focusing on.

The Knox County Sheriff’s Office said Monday evening that crews found the truck belonging to a missing man with a body inside.

According to KCSO, the truck belonging to Keith Robert Conley was found crashed near Highway 129 close to Topside Road. Additionally, it contained an individual who could not be positively identified at the scene.
