Man accused of child rape arrested by Memphis task force, U.S. Marshals say
A 46-year-old man accused of raping a child was arrested Thursday by the Memphis Safe Task Force, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.
Derrick Cole was wanted on a long list of charges — including rape, sexual battery and criminal exposure to HIV — when he was taken into custody. The U.S. Marshals Service said he was arrested after a raid Thursday at a home on Browning Avenue in the Bethel Grove neighborhood.
