Makes sense. Hmm. Back to CA then.I don't think that would happen you have to fly to Hawaii, the airlines would catch them unless they get fake documents.

Well she took a bathing suit maybe they went for a swim? They had no problem walking in a crowded Walmart. You can see those cameras right as you walk through the door. He's really stupid especially right after dying your hair to hide then get caught on camera.
Since they crossed state lines this becomes a federal kidnapping case correct?

To our CA beaches? I maybe Las Vegas for Elvis quickie wedding or somewhere else in Nevada.
It's so sad my heart breaks for her. I'm sure old Tad will be happy about that. He's out of his mind if he thinks ET is going to stay with him. Now that his wife will get most everything he obviously won't be a millionaire anymore. Cough cough lol
Arizona, New Mexico, and beautiful southern Utah. Canyonlands.

I feel so bad for JC...31 years of marriage and this is what she gets. TC is absolutely heartless.
They better stay away from CA they've been running this story lately on all our major news networks.
I believe at this point this is just a Class E Felony in Tennessee. It should be about the same seriousness as a DUI conviction. I doubt it will become a federal case.

Been as impatient as everyone to get a quick resolution of this and ET back home.
I tried to go back on some earlier high profile disappearances to compare this to see the time frame when to expect the victim was returned and when we could expect an ending
Some I remember
Hannah Anderson - about 1 week her and captor were discovered about 1000 miles away in a campsite, captor shot
Abigail Hernandez - 9 months, walked back into her home, no more than 20 miles away, capture arrested and convicted
Elizabeth Smart- 9 months, discovered on a public street, she was only 18 miles away - captors convicted.
Jaycee Dugard - 16 years, walked in to a parole office. Captors convicted
ET - when I tried to compare this to expect when her return the one problem is that these abductions was forced. Can't use any of the other cases as a benchmark her since the circumstances are different. Don't want to get into a mind control over a physical abduction debate. Those were physical and violent, I don't get this "disappearance" and how it is playing out. IMO everyone in this has some part in how bad this went.
I feel horrible for ET how her life has begun and is unfolding. I hope she finds a better life, not with that creep -, lives are shattered. I empathize with the father having raised teens and it is a difficult time and I hope he finds eventual peace.
Time for me to go into lurker mode given the latest developments I don't think I can add any more. I'll watch this and learn and maybe help with the next one.
And to TC I know you will get what you deserve, not ET but a long sentence for the rest of your life. You gave up yours.
So another words since he doesn't have a criminal record he could just get probation?
