Much is known about Mr. Tad Cummins but even a raw approximate of his personality is not essayed.
Sociopath: a person with a personality disorder manifesting itself in extreme antisocial attitudes and behavior and a lack of conscience.
Mr. Tad Cummins alleged abduction of a minor illustrates his lack of conscience. However, his work evaluation and what multiple students say about him highlight that he is well a socialized and capable teacher.
Psychopath: a person suffering from chronic mental disorder with abnormal or violent social behavior.
I have not heard of reports about Mr. Tad Cummins committing bodily injuries or other forms of physical violence. However, grooming an underage girl for his gratification of lust should be viewed as an abnormal violence to me.
What are we looking at? Is Mr. Tad Cummins a sociopath; psychopath; both; or neither?

IMO he meets the definition of narcissist. I also think that based on the fact that he was instructed to stay away from ET, she is a minor, he is not the custodial parent or figure, and LE confirmed that the OK sighting was authentic we can say now that the abduction is no longer alleged. I have previously brought up that work evaluations are not the most reliable sources. I found one in particular raised red flags in the rating. Many employers are hesitant to give other than good reviews because of potential lawsuits or are simply doing so in the hopes that somebody else will hire a 'problem' out of their hair. Additionally, I don't see students as realiable reporters in this case. TC has demonstrated a keen ability to manipulate youth and that with the apparent threats that he is capable of (ET was threated to be good or he would kick her out of his class) IMO eliminate the students as valid character judges. As for TC history of physical violence, there are many violent crimminals that are first time offenders.
It doesn't mean that is the first time they have shown violent tendencies, but it does mean it is the first time it came to the attention of others, LE or was documented. So we may not have all the information on TC yet. It may come out as family begin to talk that he was a phyical abuser, time will tell.

But in answer to the question, I vote neither and lean heavily in the direction of narcissistic personality disorder.

Just a curious thought. Due to the TIPs and/or sightings, does it appear that Mr. Cummins and Ms. Thomas are making a trek toward Utah? Is there not polygamy groups on this visual path once they reach a location near or around Salt Lake?

JMO, but I tend to take everything people (other than LE) say with a boatload of salt. Some people know what they are talking about, some people lie, some people repeat gossip and rumors, and some people are simply mistaken in what they think they heard. Since I have no earthly way of telling which is which, everything gets salt treated. :wink:

Regardless of any of the recent alleged sightings of them we have to remember that they have already proven they are taking steps to disguise themselves.

We saw that hair dye was used already in the OKC sighting. So I suspect they are going to get more creative and may come up with more elaborate disguises.

For example
A trip to a high end magic shop or a purchase at a high end Halloween shop with Fed Ex overnight delivery somewhere could allow them to create some elaborate facial hair disguises.

They even make all kinds of neat hair products that can dye bald spots and make it look like you have hair where there is none.

The point is we need to expect major differences in their looks.

The coworkers who are coming forward with this info on TC did so AFTER the abduction and long after they no longer worked with TC.
They have no job related motivating factors at this point so they don't fit the definition of 'smear campaigner'.
