Hmm...

This really bothers me.
We have a DA stating one thing and the TBI stating different. I hope there is not a power struggle going on.
Also, where is the FBI in all of this? No statements from them nor missing person updates.
Also(again),
Does anyone else find it troubling that the only reward being offered is from a private citizen?

Since Tad was so familiar with the health field, is it possible he's already been stock piling these meds?

This. If he has managed to evade everyone for a month now I don't see him being dumb enough to transfer a prescription. I feel pretty confident he found a way to get them undetected either prior or now(if they do possibly have help). Or he found a way to wean off and use natural alternatives.

I THINK the lack of local action and perhaps national is that most think she is a runaway.

are there still Western Unions in operation?

TBI is offering a whopping $1000. (Agree with you on bizarre conflicting reports. What is going on here?)

His prescription would have to under his real name. Medical identity theft is becoming increasingly harder, he knows that from the health experience. IMO this is a big hurdle for him

IMO
No harder than identity theft of any sort. I don't think he has the right connections but I can tell your from years of working agriculture in south Florida they were pretty cheap and easy to come by.

The only thing they seem to police here is narcotic prescriptions not the heavy older guy looking for bp meds. A lot of pharmacys here are putting in small walk in clinics. If he did use his Id our local walk in doesn't check your background/criminal status before treating you. They only check how you are paying for the visit. At a stretch I guess they could flag his insurance card but I'm not sure HIPPA laws would allow even that. Either way he could order over internet w no issue at all just needs an address to pick it up.

You can regulate high BP pretty well by supplementing with Niacin if you've gotten a feel for the correct dosage, i.e., you don't push your BP TOO low by taking too much.
Very potent, and no prescription needed.

If they think OK City was a diversion...

So not I-40 W because she told people west.

Maybe I35 S all the way to Galveston? Its a smallish community, beach, camping. I think there is a decent size police department though.

Pennsylvania Missing persons did!
Why Pennsylvania??? MOO

Because they have been following this case since the beginning and they follow ETs dad on twitter. I don't think it is an official PA missing persons agency that is LE. IMO

I'm torn between her knowing she was leaving "forever" or just being gone for a day or two.
Each time I read an article or see her SM I change my mind.

If they are in Mexico, the medicines he/she may need would be very easy to get.
Only, from my lone experience, it's not necessarily the correct medication. At least my Xanax wasn't... No, I didn't take it to a lab, but it sure didn't do anything to help my anxiety!

In northern IL, we have Western Union inside of Walmarts, but there are also many currency exchange outfits that also provide pick up/drop off for Western Union.
are there still Western Unions in operation?

Here in Kansas, all the Walmart stores have MoneyGram NOT Western Union. It was to my understanding when I worked for Walmart that every store in the chain had MoneyGram and NOT Western Union. Could differ from state to state though.

Clearly, the TBI and the DA need to get on the same page here. This girl's safety is further jeopardized when two investigating agencies involved in this are saying different things. This needs to get cleared up ASAP.

I don't know about Walmart (I was in one once in my life and never plan to again) but here in New York, Western Union is in lots of places (supermarket, deli, etc.).

Don't know if anyone has seen it or not but there is a video of Caleb Banks, family friend, with some great insight. Can't put link here but think you'll find it easily. Hope I don't break any rules for putting this here.
