Although I never would have thought, norther California is full of people who mind their own. Not a lot of good Walmart access either from what I am told.

It goes to show you that even in a place where people have a reputation for minding their own business, that locals may report something suspicious.

This person is very astute and followed their gut! Years ago, someone like this saved my life from abduction. ❤️❤️❤️ I want to hug this person. They will now be part of the case and have to testify, etc. I hope they understand how important their role was in saving this young lady! I have all the feels right now. Much love to the Thomas family!

This is terrific news! I'm so happy for Elizabeth's family. This is just over the border from my Oregon county.

It's funny, but last night I was going to half jokingly post that if they really want to hide out, they should go to Humboldt county in NorCal. I used to live there and it's a huge marijuana growing area where they might be able to get jobs on the "farms". Siskiyou or Trinity county would also be good choices, or they could have been on their way to Humboldt on Highway 96 and 299. Either way, it's vast, wild country. Unfortunately, many go missing in Humboldt and are never found. Lots of threads here on WS.

I'm so incredibly glad they were found before disappearing into this wilderness.

A month into this story now, and while i am glad there is a semi circle now not yet fully closed, I'm going to ask if TC tied anyone up or otherwise retrained them while he went to look for work, or if anyone just waited for him to return with a job.
