Intriguing. How would they bring those charges so quick without actually having some evidence to support it?
TBI has known about his Cialis prescription for quite a while, I am sure.

Along with a comment from the mayor, this is pretty much what I commented after you.
Once the judge gets all the letters about how good TC is, from the representative and the DA along with who knows who else, I am mighty worried about his jail time being reduced drastically.

About 9:30 p.m Wednesday, the caretaker, Griffin Barry, 29, called O'Hare saying a man came to a nearby saloon and asked for work.
Griffin Barry, 29, contacted the Siskiyou County Sheriff’s office after seeing a news report and realizing the missing teen and suspect were the ones staying in the cabin. He said he is the property’s caretaker, and the cabin they used is behind him in this photo.
“My caretaker was doing some rock lifting and agreed to give him so work,” said O'Hare, 41, who also owns the Salmon River Saloon.
"My neighbor noticed the car didn't have a license plate and there was a girl in the car that looked really young and never got out,” O'hare said.
He said the neighbor noticed the man was acting strange and remembered a news article on the internet about the missing girl.
Anyone think they could have been headed to Canada?
Exactly. I think he looks defeated. And I'm fine with that, tbh. He's known this whole time that his kids were safe. MCET's dad, not so much.
As much sympathy as I feel for JC, I am beginning to side-eye her a bit, like I did with Dottie Sandusky. I mean, C'MON! Really? :notgood:
From that link...
"The caretaker and neighbor hatched a plan to get Cummins to stay in the cabin for the night".
So they hadn't been in that cabin for a week 1/2?

Barry said on Thursday that Cummins and Elizabeth showed up Tuesday. He agreed to help them after Cummins told him they had lost everything in a fire in Colorado and needed a place to stay.
Elizabeth gave Barry a different name, but otherwise didnt talk, Barry said. Cummins did all the talking and said they had been at the Black Bear Ranch commune, but left because they didnt like it there, according to Barry.
I feel bad for them, too. Their appearance on Good Morning America was... Odd. Understandably so. I think they were truly in denial. At some point, probably soon, the truth will hit them. And they might even start to think back to certain things they've observed of him in the past, and put the pieces together that he's always been this way. That is going to be PAINFUL. They are absolutely victims as well, and I hope they get some help towards healing.I do feel for his kids, though. Imagine the whole country knowing what your father is and did. I know TC has daughters. They will never feel comfortable around him again. Of course, he will be behind bars so I guess it doesn't really matter.
