We need Elizabeth's face to go viral. We need everyone looking for her. Many people do not use FB or read news online. So besides handing out flyers, posting flyers at parks, Truck stops, camp sites. What else can we do to spread the word?

Thank you for asking. We could go to local FB groups--like For Sale Groups--in the counties where we know Tad has connections (Orange Beach, Decatur, Nashville, etc) and post about the case. We could notify owners of storage units, motels, Air BnB, parking garages, campgrounds, and state parks in this area as well (we already started in Decatur so picking one of the other cities would be helpful)!

That could also be that child's parents misguided attempt to keep their own kid safe. I know in that situation I'd want to keep my child away from the press, though we'd of course talk to the police, but I can sort of see being scared for your child's safety and staying away from the whole thing. Especially since he left with guns. It's probably awful, but I would protect my own kids even at the expense of finding someone else's missing kid. I presume most parents would. That said, I don't think that child is in any danger if they cooperate. Just don't go near the press.

It's not the press it's LE and the family that they're not cooperating with is my understanding.

IMO, all laws should be country-wide. It makes no sense whatsoever for states to have their own laws.

This is like the very basis for our country so good luck changing it, haha!

It would really be easier for them to blend in here in Alabama than other areas further away. I don't know how their accents are, but my family and I have varying degrees of a southern accent. I even stick put in LA and TX. I can get by untouched in TN, AL, MS, GA and that is about it.

I go up North and out West and I literally can't open my mouth without drawing all kinds of attention to myself. It still happens every time now.

Hopefully they are laying low here in AL trying to wait things out for a while and maybe they can get caught here and we might have some better laws and a less TC friendly area, to charge and try him.

Also, VRBO (vacation rentals by owner) I have rented one before and never even met the owners. We just showed up and a key was in a lock box for us.

I'm on a fb strike but will share the flyer. I'm in Canada but have friends all over and am (was) active in some large groups. Xo

Local news. Newspapers and nightly news, commercials. Older people watch the news and read the paper and older people are out in their communities during the day to see people who aren't at work out and about. And stereotype or not, older people are into other people's business! lol What I mean though is that older people have lived in communities for a long time and might notice outsiders quicker.

Well the sense of that is, without getting political, because the Constitution. States have rights and the Federal Government has limited power.

A person on fb is claiming a caption has been changed on ET's IG?

  • #951
There should be a way to lock down IG accounts in cases like this. Some of the comments on ET's are really really sick.
The cops can have it locked down and even taken down. I'm sure it is being left up to see if someone posts some info for one or both of them or if they log in. If someone logs into their account, they can locate the area.

Well, yeah, I know that. And, I'm not stupid. I know I can't change it.
HAHA

I am not freaking stupid. I know that. I am saying IMO it should not be like that. Just MO.

I can't find the post, but we had a map of a 400 mile or so radius around Decatur. Is that available still? My area was included in that radius. I will work my area and work my way east.

Which caption? Can you send me a screenshot or link? Let's compare it to screenshots of her SM posted in previous news articles.

Billboards? I wonder if any of the billboard companies have been approached to put up the AA info?
