LE said he had "limited access" to cash. It's totally JMO, but I personally don't think he has much more than that 4,500.

His access to cash is limited. They have probably frozen his accounts. But there is no possible way for LE to know how much cash he might have with him. I doubt that $4,500 is all of his money.

I'd like to know where you (or anyone else) have seen anyone in this forum say that they don't believe ET is a victim. I have never heard ANYONE here say that, and it would be completely against the TOS, since we are a victim friendly site. Our mods would have shut that down immediately.

No one has specifically said she is not a victim, that I have seen. There has been a lot of beating around the bush, IMO. I'm afraid to spend much time on those feelings though, because I don't want to violate TOS either.

Just wanted to re-post a link to the packet of documents that was sent to the media by the attorney for ET's father. Some newer folks to this thread may not be aware of it and IMO the packet is a must-read for anyone following this crime (and may also answer some questions that I'm seeing being asked). I believe JerseyGirl was the WS'er who originally shared it.

wow. The very first letter was really good the father and his attorney did that.

It is proof in writing that they tried to get the school to do the right thing to protect this child.

The father recognized the danger she was in.
The father tried so hard to protect her from something like this and it is unfortunate that it happened anyway.

I sense the school was not nearly as aggressive as they should have been once they were notified of an issue.

I think it's plausible there is a third party contributing to their disappearance.

Let me try to be more specific... do you actually talk to these people? Or know people that are talking to them? If so, what specifically are they saying that leads you to believe they are "backing him" ? Here's what I'm trying to get at...if I say I know someone very well, and this is completely out of character for them, would you consider that "backing them"? If my neighbor turned out to be a serial killer, and I told a reporter that he always seemed like a nice guy to me, would you consider that "backing them" ? Or are you actually saying that there are teachers and members of TC's church who think he's doing the right thing kidnapping a child? The reason I'm striving so hard to clarify what you mean when you say this is because there has been some discussion here about TC having help hiding Elizabeth, and I'm trying to weigh whether or not I think that is a credible theory.

That's the part that frustrates me the most...although TC sure wasn't acting like an intelligent, rational adult when he decided to run off with an underage student, he is outsmarting all of us right now. It shouldn't be possible.

If your sisters are being bullied at school by adults (I assume teachers?!), then an adult in your family needs to step in and handle this through the proper authorities. THAT should never be allowed to happen. Not ever.

Ok I think found something more to identify tad can ET sister conferm if tad has a mole on one cheek I saw a pic somewhere and it showed the side of his face but someone else was in the photo so I can't post it but it seams like it should be in the discription of what he looks like would also help people to eliminate people who resemble him

The school district already failed to protect one of the Thomas children, and now they are allowing the other children to be victimized? They better get their act together immediately. Because there may be a small handful of small minded individuals rallying around that creepy pedophile because they aren't capable of wrapping their minds around the fact that the reality they thought was the truth was just a charade. However, the remaining people in this country outnumber that small handful, and this entire nation will rise up against that school and district and things will become very ugly for them. I foresee criminal charges against individuals, young and old coming their way. if they don't take care of this.
