The van that they're showing in the Krystal's parking lot doesn't have a license plate, just a temporary tag in the back window. The reporter also says that police are stumped. That's nothing new!

Misconfirmed---------TBI spokesman will not be going to Memphis........that doesn't include the investigators.

There do not appear to be any front plates on the van or on the back in the videos that the news are streaming. There is a paper taped up on the inside back window- maybe a title to show recently purchased?

I would imagine TBI is not concerned with reporting there actions ATM. These were back to back sightings ..more than anything we have had yet and all these places have cameras. There is a reason they haven't touched that van yet. JMO
