This young man was found floating in the Mississippi River with a PMI of about 6 months. At this point, his head/hands etc is missing.
He was probably 5 foot 9.
He had on Levi jeans and Family Dollar White underwear. He carried a house key with 'Cole KWI' on the back (idk if this could mean anything) and a book of matches.
