Jones has been searching for her brother, Michael Bradford Farrington, ever since he went missing in Memphis in 2013 at the age of 42. She was among many families at the event who shared their stories with law enforcement and the public with the hope of finding answers.
case.

"He was my little brother," she said. "We miss him, and we love him. We used to write stories together. He would draw, and I would write the story. We always went on trips together, we would always do things together. So it's been a real big hole in my life, and I can't find him."

"We've been looking for him ever since, and we found an address in Florida," Jones said. "When we called they told us about this event, so I flew down here to file a report down here because if he is here maybe we can locate him."

"He is my little brother, so I’m trying to find him,” she said.

She only had a couple of things in her luggage: police reports and photos of her brother Michael Brad Farrington, last heard from in 2013. She reported Farrington missing in Memphis, TN, but found a possible address for him in Florida.

Families of missing people connected to resources at Missing in Florida Day in Tampa

Her search led her hundreds of miles away from her home in Indianapolis. She flew in for an event on Thursday in Tampa dedicated to helping families find their missing loved ones.

"I flew down here to file the report down here so that if he is here, maybe we can locate him because we miss him and we love him," said Jones.

Just saw a post from the mother of his kids ( don’t know if ex wife, girlfriend or what) that he was last known to be in New Orleans in 2018. I wonder why the different years.

Hi @Googlebutts and @imstilla.grandma ,
Thank you for posting this and thank you for paying attention to our search for Brad. I'm Jen, the mother of Michael (Brad) Farrington's children. We were not technically married, but we were together on and off for some years. We lost touch when Brad went off the grid for several years and by the time he popped back up we had moved and he didn't know how to reach us. We have been trying to reach out to him for a long time, but we are always a few steps behind. Brad is not tech or internet-savvy. He's actually quite the Luddite by choice, so he doesn't really show up on social media. He had one profile on facebook, but it was only active during 2018 when he was in New Orleans and he never made any posts other than his profile photo. We saw it about a month after he created the account and reached out but neither we nor any of his friends heard back from him.
When Brad's sister went to Florida to file with NAMUS, 2013 was the last anyone we knew had heard from Brad when he left for Baton Rouge from Memphis. His children and I then hired a private investigator for a skip trace that tracked him after 2013. The P.I. found records of Brad being in New Orleans in 2018, but he disappeared after that.
Two addresses have popped up for him since then in searches, but unfortunately, they've been dead ends. From what I understand, Brad's DNA has not shown up in the NAMUS database, so that gives us hope. He might also be traveling or camping in the wilderness somewhere, as he feels most comfortable in nature, so he may be unreachable by the usual methods.
Again, thank you for caring about finding Brad. He is a good person and we love him very much. I have faith that we will find him and get to have a healing family reunion after so many years. We miss him.

Welcome @stellarjen it was me on FB missing person page that asked for clarification about the last contact. There’s just so little info out there. I do hope you find him soon and his kids get to see him

EDIT: After hearing from Brad's sister again, I misunderstood what she told me earlier about the NAMUS results. I guess there is a problem with getting her DNA submitted, so it was never actually tested against the entire database, only one person. This is disheartening. Just thought I would post the correction in case anyone finds a link or possibility that I'm not seeing.
Does anyone have connections to anyone in Florida, Louisiana, or Michigan who can access LexisNexis, or Transunion, or a similar database?
Thank you
