Circumstances of Recovery On 04/12/2024, an unidentified human skull was found outdoors in a densely wooded area in South Nashville. 911 was called and Metro Nashville Police Department responded to the scene, along with the Davidson County Medical Examiner's Office. The skull was transported to the Medical Examiner's Office for an anthropological examination.
