Patrick Livingston, who works as a bartender at Bluffs Grill and Tap in Sevier County was last seen leaving work on Sunday, May 16.

Co-workers told investigators they last saw Livingston walking to Wal-Mart to buy a fishing pole. They said that is the last time they saw or heard from Livingston.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office at (865)428-1899 or (865) 453-4668.

Did Patrick walk along the roadway or did he take a shortcut which would have required him to cross the Norton Branch creek? I wonder if LE checked Walmart's surveillance cameras to see if he made a purchase? Perhaps he left Walmart then headed to the creek to do some fishing. Have there been any searches done of the area?

Google Maps

Bluffs Grill and Tap to Wal-Mart
Appears to be about an 8 min walk

@YaYa_521 It appears there is a fence line separating Wal-Mart’s parking lot and Norton Branch.
I agree it seems to be a shortcut but not a convenient one. IMO.

Definitely need to check surveillance footage at Wal-mart.

Facebook Groups East TN Alerts

There are a couple posts about Patrick missing on this TN Missing Persons fb page.

They state he was last seen/heard from on Monday, May 17.

If you click on the post shared that includes DCL (a relative) and go to their fb page, you will find comments that give a lil more info around the fishing trip.

IMO, after checking cameras at Wal-Mart, I’d make my way to whatever area Patrick was heading to fish at.

I'm not sure what I am allowed to share from social media but Patrick's relatives posted on May 28th, on a large Facebook page called, "Sevier County Speaks Out," saying that Patrick had been located and was safe. They asked people to please respect their privacy and not to ask them for details.

This is good news. Hopefully, something will be officially shared soon to confirm.

I couldn't find any mainstream articles about Patrick being located. It seems there has been nothing printed at all about him since May 25. His family primarily used Facebook to communicate about the search for him.

According to family in comments he made contact with them and is safe. As usual...no MSM.
