A #TNSilverAlert has been issued on behalf of the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office for 61-year-old Patrick Ware.

He was last seen near N Kanita Cove in Memphis, wearing a black hoodie and black pants. He is believed to be on foot.

Patrick has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance.
