Randy Fortner has not been seen or heard from since May 27th, 1987. Mr. Fortner's car was found parked on the Butler Bridge in Carter County, Tennessee; later in the day. Mr. Fortner was not found after an extensive search of the lake. Multiple other attempts to find him have been taken but he has not been found or heard from in 38 years.

• He is the primary suspect in his brother's murder
• Was thought to have jumped from the bridge approximately 30 minutes after the murder
• The bridge is 100 feet high above the water with the water depth below the bridge at 200 feet
