On 09/17/2021 at 3:22 PM, a male in a red shirt and dark pants who had been on the property at 2821 Airways since last night and had been yelling at customers. Memphis Police made the scene and located the male who looked skittish and would not allow officer to approach closer than 15 feet.
The male identified himself as Ricky Ezell and stated that he had signed himself out and was not going back. Ezell left the scene southbound toward Brooks Rd.
