Just my HO here, but I wouldn't read too much into the cancer bit. In (apparent) cover of getting rid of all his possessions, he seemed to tell lots of different people lots of different things: that he had a cancer diagnosis, that he was retiring, that he was going camping with the dogs, etc.

All of these excuses seem like another way of saying "I won't be around for too much longer owing to my plan to kill myself with this bomb I've been working on for months, and here's a cover for why that is...."
I like that theory, except if he wanted people to leave him alone to do this thing, why did he tell people he had cancer (allegedly)? Seems to me that telling people might just put him under a microscope with people trying to look out for him. Unless nobody cared, which I find kinda hard to believe. JMO.

I believe this might be the link you're looking for:
Real Property Search | Property Assessor of Nashville & Davidson County TN

Simple Search>address> Map Tools> Pictometry and Aerial Photos.
Yes indeed, the RV has been parked inside the fenced yard at least as far back as March 2019.

I wonder if a section of the fence was replaced with a gate. I have circled where it appears different. At the time of the search it appeared there was a white van in the fence where the rv had been parked.

Source for the gate: "[Neighbor] said that after the RV had been parked outside the home for years, a couple of weeks ago, Warner built a gate in the fence and drove the RV into his yard.

Warner placed lights and security cameras outside his house.

Warner did a lot of work in his yard. [Neighbor] said Warner built the fence around his yard himself."

Anthony Warner: What we know about Christmas Day bomber in Nashville
You are right about the cluster of security cameras near where the RV was parked. They are clearly shown in the DM link just above this post.

“Rick Laude said he saw Anthony Quinn Warner standing at his mailbox on Dec. 21 and pulled over in his car to speak with him. After asking how Warner's elderly mother was doing, Laude said he casually asked him, "Is Santa going to bring you anything good for Christmas?" Laude said Warner smiled and then said, "Oh, yeah, Nashville and the world is never going to forget me."”Nashville bomber told neighbor world 'never going to forget me'

re: the TBI briefing. I'm very curious about who called in that crucial tip that led to identifying AQW. I suppose it could have been a neighbor, or could it have been someone closer to him, or even the ex in whom he confided.
I guess it doesn't really matter.

yikes, chilling is right. It sounds as though AQW really wanted the world's attention and notoriety, or that it would be known (in his mind) that he was going to be the hero who saved people from 5G.

This is typical of these types, imo, that “martyr” mentality, seeking notoriety, similar to mass shooters, jmo.

Hi, everybody. I do not speak English properly, so I communicate through an interpreter, if I violated any rules of the site, then I leave this post at the discretion of the moderators and apologize in advance. I must say at once that I do not relate in any way to conspiracy theory. But I noticed some strange moments and inaccuracies. these 2 RV photos don't add up, correct me if I'm wrong

we look at the upper left lane, it is there alone

the next point is not so obvious, because of the poor lighting and poor quality of the first photo. Air intakes or ventilation, two at the back, they are not visible in the first photo

I think you might be correct. What stood out to me in the earlier pictures was that the fenced in portion did not appear to be accessible to vehicles. I may be overthinking this, but if I wanted to park a vehicle on grass like that I’d either have to move it every time I mow or mow around it. He’s go to all the trouble of building a gate but not just add some gravel?

I'm not seeing differences between the first two photos. What is different that you see?

As for differences between the first and third photos, it appears that those things you indicated on top of the RV are obscured by the larger thing on the roof that's closer to the front (is it some sort of air conditioner??)

Also, in addition to the RV, DNA has confirmed that AQW -- who owned the RV in his yard -- died in the blast.

^ Photo 1 and 2, In addition to the difference in stripes, side windows also don't match, extra window in the 2nd picture.
I don't know what to make of this.

Funny you mention gravel. I noticed it appears in photos from the day of the search that a drive area appears near that section of the fence and may have gravel on it. See the photo in this article:

Nashville Explosion: FBI Working In Antioch, Sifting Through More Than 500 Leads | WPLN News - Nashville Public Radio

If you google the address and look at images there are a few others that show an aerial view from that day and it appears he did add some gravel inside the fence.

MOO, Most folks that own RVs don't park RVs on "the street". We had one for years, parked it towards the back of our lot under a shelter, with a door, husband built. Some subdivisions have restrictions on street parking large RV/boats.

Just don't find parking in a fenced yard unusual or the 16 security camera. Security systems are cheep, run off the internet and more than half I know have them. Once a neighbor gets one, it seems to run thru the neighborhood and everyone wants one. Kinda like the door cam, trail cam rage.

I'm in the south not to far from Nashville. Camping, hunting, fishing, festivals is big, lots of small to large RVs.

MOO, he had the RV for years. It became useful when planning this attack. It could easily been a truck or any vessel large enough to house him and the bomb.

MOO....

I don't know what to make of this.

I see what you mean about the stripes though would like to look at some other Google pictures of the RV before I could be sure it wasn't some sort of illusion created by the angle and the roof of the RV. If it wasn't an illusion, could he have painted out one of the stripes?

I'm still unclear what is meant by the extra window in the second picture. In the second picture, I see a little black thing behind the middle window. In the first picture, I see something faintly in the same place.

He sure did - nice catch!

I was surprised that the state allowed voting rights back, and this was 32 years ago in the drug war 80s.

I’m thinking Warner didn’t have any political passions either. Nobody (ex GF, neighbors, friends) has talked of him being political. Or 5G mad either but LE and MSM keep pushing that narrative.
One report said that Warner's late father was a long time Bell South employee. It's possible that he worked in that very building (the big red building without windows).

the most accurate evidence of whether it was the same RV that we see on Google Street 115 Bakertown Road or not, can show these two ATT&T cameras, but I think the investigators will not release these records as part of the secrecy of the investigation, although everything can be.

Here’s a previous Google street view from when the RV was parked in the driveway. One stripe, just like the suspect RV. Is it even conceivable that this guy has more than 1 RV?
