Officials in Crossville have been searching for a missing woman whose car was found abandoned.

Authorities said the vehicle, belonging to 31-year-old Shanin Leedora Mehle, was found on Tuesday with the driver side window partially down and her personal items, like a cell phone and food, still inside.

She had left the home where she had been staying around 2 p.m. Tuesday, and her car was found blocking a driveway around 5:07 p.m.

Merle was described as standing around 5’2’’ tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds. She has brown hair and hazel eyes.

This map shows Covington, TN. I'm confused, is she missing from Crossville or Covington?

31-year-old Shanin Leedora Mehle reportedly showed up at the Liberty Market in the Crab Orchard community Friday requesting assistance.

I am the step mother to Shanin and I have custody of 3 of her children and the other grandmother has the other and we have had them for 2 years. Shanin has had mental breakdowns in the past and this time we think she had one again.
