Metro Nashville Police are looking for a missing 19-year old man, who has autism and life-threatening medical conditions.
Shawn Hatch was last seen Monday at his home on Sweden Avenue in Hermitage. Police said he left the home on his red bike around 3 p.m. after a dispute with his family about wearing his heart monitor.
Hatch has a feeding tube and a heart monitor. Police said he suffers from a heart condition, seizures and asthma.
