Skeletal remains found in Middle Tennessee storm damage

The police in Cookville have opened a death investigation for the remains, but they don't believe they're related to the tornadoes that tore through the area. Authorities believe they could have been there a year or longer.

No updates, and these remains haven't been entered into Namus yet. James Kirby went missing while wearing what appears to be hunting apparel, and would be my best guess for being a match to these remains.

The Cookeville Police Department on Wednesday identified the remains found March 4 in a collapsed tent in a wooded area as 34-year-old Brian Matthew Keserich.
