Where has this been reported? The article linked above says there were explicit photos on the teens phone but nothing about a rape being sent to someone else.

The way that is stated, makes me think someone else took the video, her sister, from the doorway? There must have been an incredible level of fear and intimidation in that household. Stuff like this doesn't happen in a house that small without someone knowing and being to terrified to act.

Yes, unfortunately that is what I am thinking - this wasn't the first time - and so she set her phone up possibly to record without anyone else knowing? what a monster he is IMO if this is the case. I can't think of how else they got on her phone.

May I ask what makes you think it was the sister who took them? I feel so incredibly ill at the moment, I don't even know if I'm thinking clearly. This is just God awful!

Also, if she ( although I don't know how she would have been able to do it) took the video/pictures, only she would have known they were on there and therefore she would have sent them. The question is to whom and did they then come get her for her safety?

Yes and so if she was the one who took the video as evidence, she must have endured it one last time prior to running away so she could really be free of him. Don't really need anything more than this - irrefutable evidence IMO - he's a monster through and through. IMO
