Found Deceased TN - Starla Pride, 47, Caryville, 12 Sept 2016

Starla S. Pride, 47, of Caryville, was last seen Sept. 12 about 2 p.m. when she was entering a wooded area in the Shady Cove area of Campbell County. She was reported missing by her family about six hours later.
Pride is believed to be in immediate medical danger, as she is an insulin dependent diabetic, according to the Campbell County Sheriff's Office. Pride has a developmental disability that mimics childlike actions and behavior.

Seems unfortunatelly found - to be confirmed however

Remains found in a wooded area by a deer hunter Friday afternoon could be those of a Campbell County woman missing since September, according to deputies.

Investigators say, with an abundance of caution, they believe the remains could be those of Starla Pride, 47.
