I’m not sure. My initial take was she was cursing at CM but she was in the background so I don’t feel confident knowing exactly beyond that she was cursing. Someone else may have caught more detail?

CW was agreeing with DW when he said that his sister ( not the stepsister) is lying about him SA her when she was a child. Paraphrasing but something like " **** yeah, she's lyin" MOO

Another call? Honestly I say to clients: you have the right to remain silent. Once you talk, we are stuck with what you say. So think carefully.

And then we spend days doing interview prep. To make sure they are properly conveying what they want to say in a way that the interviewer will understand.

I wonder if some of the different perspectives we have towards hearing DW has anything to do with our genders? As a female, I’m just incredibly uncomfortable listening to DW and there’s underlying misogyny when he speaks, in my opinion. Feels like the people my parents warned me to stay away from, IMO.

This is not saying that he is responsible for anything or accusing him of anything.

I don't think they care about child safety or legality in a vehicle. Little bitty Summer wasn't even in a carseat. Realistic? I've seen other parents cram an entire lillte league team in an SUV to make a snow cone run. MOO

Yes, those were DW's words. I have found DW frightening from Day One. Now my sense is that he is very dangerous and full of hate. I would't be in the same room with this person, never mind want my daughter or granddaughter within a mile of him.

Yes, it made the hairs on my neck stand up. DW was yelling and cursing Chris with every hateful, angry word. This isn't just my opinion. There is substantiated audio and written text.

Totally agree.

Leaving the boys at home was a convenient necessity.

I am highlighting the point that those kids where not old enough to be left at home alone.
The car seat numbers and if its possible or not possible is a side note.

The boys were left at home. ALONE and neither parent felt compelled to get home to them.

Wasn't just a quick trip to the hospital and back or a milk run.
