Wow...I know what that feels like. MOO emotional abuse.

And it may cut both ways, for all we know. But the point of my post really wasn't to assign specific blame to anyone, just to point out that the dynamic between CW and DW doesn't appear to be a healthy one, imo. And that kind of dynamic can be incredibly damaging to children. Especially when they are at the center of a game of push/pull .

One recurring theme I have noticed in DW’s interviews is that DW seems to voice his anger, repeatedly, about CM making money, from his YouTube …… honestly I have no idea how that works… or how much would be involved…… It seems to anger DW that he is not receiving money….
I have wondered if DW keeps talking in the hope of landing a big paid interview about Summer’s Case with someone like 60 Mins.?
ALL JMO

Another thing I have noticed, watching the interviews, is that DW is personalising his relationship with the Sheriff calling him by his Christian name, and inferring that he friends, by name dropping etc..
I just find this a bit odd given the circumstances, and his prior criminal record.
Also JMO.

The news article (posted in the thread) said that local detectives were at the scene and a forensic anthropologist….. I personally believe if they thought it was Summer the TBI / FBI would have been on the scene, rather than local detectives or at least with them…. And the anthropologist to me indicates that bones were vey old… JMO

However I also pray today is the day the make the break in the case ….. and find Summer.

You may be right that it is an older decedent, and it seems to be taking a long time for them to ID them publicly.

Sometimes forensic anthropologists are used with recent deaths if skeletonized or partially cremated. For example, forensic anthropologist Leslie Eisenberg worked on the murder of Teresa Halbach.

One sad part of this that I have noted, is that DW constantly states his love for Summer, but never mentions he loves his boys, or CW. He never mentions his love for his whole family, and or that their love is united in grief etc.. I think it must be hard on the boys to be constantly hearing this… (hopefully they are not listening) but one day they may read about it ….

100% agree

What I find particularly disturbing about DW's statements is that he seems to take pride, or find pleasure , in the fact that Summer didn't have a bond with her mother for the first two years of her life. That is not an indicator of a healthy relationship, imo.

Also disturbing DW said Summer and CW had developed a bond because CW coerced Summer by taking her fishing and getting to do things with her while he had to work.

He actually used the word coerced.

Exactly. And, going back to this push/pull dynamic , I am reminded of DW mentioning that he brought Summer candy every single day, and that she would share it with her brothers. If that's the truth ( consider the source, I guess) then even something that seemingly trivial could set up an unhealthy dynamic between children. Why is one child the receiver of the gifts and the other children dependent on her for what they are allotted ? It's....weird.

Yes I noticed that too ….. I was also quite shocked when he didn’t know what Summer’s favourite candy was…..?

I think it also makes her lack of emotion during her interview with CM more chilling. I tried to go with strong, I tried to go with people handle grief differently, but she walked into Summer's room and went through her toys like it was a walk in the park.
My best friend's sister committed suicide AFTER she shot her 7 year old daughter (who, thankfully survived with no permanent damage and had actually tried giving her mom CPR until the paramedics got there). My friend was a wreck. After the funeral, we went to her sister's apartment to clean it out. I kept stopping and asking her if she was doing okay and she finally said, "I'm fine. These are just things; they're not Cyndi."

Some people aren't attached to things. Maybe to CBW, her toys are just things that mean nothing to her without her daughter? JMO

I do too, they seem real quiet on the body that was found... almost to quiet like pin dropping..... but I don't know the process when they find someone.... then the announcement.
It's not the senators nephew they recently found?

It's a thing a Narcissistic parent does. Pit children against eachother.

It's called triangulation I think in psychology. Obviously leads to alot of problems. It also fits in with demanding those boys watch their sister. We heard DW say that. "We'd constantly tell them go out and get Summer". So basically if the child gets hurt or something bad happens it's on their watch. Not the parents.

So sad.

Something just hit me….what if DW and CW both asked Grandma to hide or drive Summer away from the home because CPS was coming to take all the kids and they felt Summer may have shown the most signs of neglect etc. Maybe they had someone remove Summer to a safe house and then the grandma joined Summer when she left town. I mean where is grandma? So then they wouldn’t be lying if they said she was sort of abducted…. But safely. MOO

What is that about? Haven’t heard anything like that in regard to remains found in Dandridge…

You’re right, that is called triangulation, and dysfunctional and narcissistic parents employ that often. I know from experience.

It sounds like they do not have an entire skeleton. If they did, wouldn’t they at least be able to tell if the person is male or female? I suppose that is why they brought cadaver dogs out — to search for more remains.

The verbal leakage would be out of control if LE where in the right location IMO
