Not sure where the CPS rumor started somewhere way back, but answer me this:

IF it was CPS's intention to come to the property to remove the children the day of Summer's disappearance, then why on earth would the boys not have been removed THAT day?? Why not remove them the next day if that was the case? Why wait almost a month to month and a half later???

Because I believe the calls that CPS received regarding that household was on Summer only. ....Once they did get entry to the home and saw the conditions and situation then the removal of the remaining children....
