Technically if you are not free to leave, you are considered "under arrest" even if they don't say you are arrested. It mostly just matters for when certain rights and protections for defendants apply.

No, you can't leave the car!

Questioning can be voluntary or involuntary. So you can voluntarily go in and answer questions and you can leave at any time. If you can't leave, you are in police custody and you are entitled to a lawyer. If LE tries to question you after you request a lawyer, that testimony can be suppressed since your rights are being violated. That's the main bright red line and LE is usually careful because they know there is a lot to risk with a violation like that.

I'm not even convinced that he realizes he's throwing shade at her. I just get the feeling that there's this weird push/pull dynamic in their relationship that seems to revolve around Summer. I can't really put my finger on it, but I know it doesn't extend to the boys.

IMO: DW seems to enjoy the spotlight from the Youtube/phone interviews with The Chers however, CM is a top-notch crime investigator and has much insight into his behavior and comments.

Yes. These parents very well could be innocent of everything social media, including YouTube private citizens, are accusing them of. They are wrecked and I’m afraid they won’t recover without a team of compassionate people. If a crime occurred in the present or the past, let LE investigate and follow the law. Right now, until an official from LE says a crime was committed, they have my full compassion. This all feels so wrong. IMO

How does TN criminal procedure work? Do they have preliminary hearings or arrest after grand jury indictment or both? I'm wondering what the next step will be. Thanks!

Are you on iPad? The Community tab doesn’t work on the iPad YouTube App, you have to go to YouTube desktop in Safari or other browser to see it.

I’ve been on at YouTube about this since 2018, they said it was ‘coming soon’ … If you’re a creator it’s a pain in the butt!
