The statement by TBI's Leslie Earhart that there's a "Very real possibility that she wandered off" indicates that they are not focused only on foul play as a possible cause of SM's disappearance. JMO.

The sheriff claimed that the family was “not cooperating right now” and added that the family “has attorneys.” It appears that's not entirely accurate.


And the grandma also denies getting an attorney.

I didn't find any MSM links that say's anything has changed so it looks like LE doesn't know what happened to Summer and are therefore keeping all possibilities open in their investigation. The sheriff was vague using "family" and "cooperate" instead of a more direct claim not talking. JMO.

"It bleeds over". Iirc. It's so convoluted and warped. Poor SUMMER MOON UTAH WELLS. The only good thing good about any of this is that loose lips sink ships,and anything said,and done can be used in a court of law. LE loves when people willingly grab the rope. Correct. I should have edited my post. I worked as District Attorney’s case manager and I referred to CPS way too often.

I believe Sheriff Lawson is a disconnected from the details in this case and confused the state attorney for their CPS case as a different attorney. Both CW and gma seemed confused by the statement and said it wasn’t true. For now, I believe them on the subject. IMO

It would have been nice if the Sheriff named the attorney so the media could contact them for any comments. Since he didn't it leaves us in a state of confusion. Shame on him. JMO.

So if LE went to CH,and CW right now would they speak to them? Let them on the property? Would they get together with LE,and do presser with them if the TBI,FBI,Hawkins County Sheriff showed up at their door to get more info about SUMMER MOON UTAH WELLS?

As someone else pointed out, the sheriff said that family was not cooperating. That is different from saying they lawyered up. Note that CW and CH chose to say " we don't have lawyers." <modsnip>
