In Barstow GA (where Cartersville is located) I found a couple of divorce documents, over 10 years old for a Tammy J. Baldwin, but without a full name or DOB may be another Tammy Baldwin. I couldn't find anything for her in the state of Tennessee (public record searches in TN are very limited without paying a fee). Georgia Courts | E-Access to Court Records (note the Peachtree court system requires you register to review, but there is no fee to viewn only to print specific court records)

seems odd to announce a move out of state over text and then leave her vehicle behind and simply no show at work. Did she take her furniture and personal possessions from the apartment or were they left behind as well? Quite a delay in her being listed as a MP

I'm sure LE has checked to see if she had (1) made arrangements or given notice to move out of her apartment and (2) given notice at her job or had a confirmed job transfer in place.

Just a text announcing a move out of state if those things weren't in place would have me think the text was NOT sent by Tammy but someone that wished to make it appear she had voluntarily left the area.
