Actually, TES prefers the family brings them in. While in some cases, LE has been known to request their services...it is unusual. The answer is yes...either one can request them. TES offered to help in the Jennifer Kesse case and LE turned them down.

There is NO WAY I could be sitting around with my daughter under these circumstances...NO WAY!!

Not for a minute! I have a grandaughter and if she were missing there would be SOME serious problems, wouldn't be ANY bond, nothing.. Talking ugly on the jail cell calls, NOT! Cause unless I was getting 100% of the truth, I would not be paying for a collect call , ESPECIALLY from someone who 1. Wouldn't tell me where my GC was. 2. Took money not only from myself but parents for assisted living, friends, who knows who else!! No way, wouldn't step one little toe on my property.. unbelievable, that is all I can think about this case, it is almost more unbelievable than sp was..

And sitting in that house has to be much more difficult now. KC has an attorney; GA and CA have an attorney; haven't heard about LA, I expect that will come; Caylee? There's no one looking out for her interests except LE.

Any conversation would have to go something like this:

KC: Why do you ask? I'm calling JB.

I haven't ever known of a case TES comes in thru LE, seems it has always been family request.. I don't believe LE will request them, maybe it's due to they (TES) are non-profit, LE dept's maybe have some legal stipulation that prevents it. Plus may give a defense atty something to use against LE in court if anything is presented that is located by TES... Just some thoughts

I have always made my children "own" their problems. There are no life lessons learned otherwise. And, unfortunately, we are not allowed the luxury of living in a fairy tale world of make believe...we need to live in society at large. As a society we have "norms"...what's acceptable and what is not. If we behave otherwise (opposed to societal norms), we run the risk of not being accepted. I'm afraid that is what has happened here. We as a society cannot accept what has happened because it is not in keeping with what is considered "normal". JMHO

ETA: and can I also add....that in some of these cases the "innocents" were Id(ed) by people they knew in the first place.

I want some lead links posted where LE is searching for a live Caylee and in what cities.

I want some phone call data to show the kidnappers are in contact with the A's.

Etc., etc., ...

This is getting ridiculous, there is no plausible reason for LE to announce scientific evidence of a decomposing body in the trunk if there wasn't one there. If this is the case and there wasn't a body then I guess that's Casey's reason to high five Lee.

I read the posts from the "Caylee is Alive" thread and I feel like I'm on another planet to these posters.

I ask them to explain to me -

Why, if Caylee was abducted by ZG and her sister Samantha, there has not been ONE SINGLE person come forward to verify the fact that these people exist. Surely they have friends and family. Someone has to know of them. Where are they?

Put yourself in her shoes, if your baby was missing, kidnapped by ???....would you act this way?

Why didn't Casey ask TonE to get gas for her car if it had run out? Why didn't she go back even the next day and pick it up?

Why didn't she confide in someone....I mean anyone, her brother, mother, father. Just someone. Think about it. Who could bear the pain on their own, your baby has been kidnapped. You would be screaming to someone for help.

Why did Casey go out partying, having a great time with her friends after the kidnapping. Is this realistic, think about it. Would you, could you?

Why was Casey having such a great time leaving myspace and facebook messages to all her friends, after ZG kidnapped her baby girl?

Why did all of Casey's friends not notice anything different in her behaviour? She didn't seem upset, stressed, worried, why?

Would you feel like stealing money from your friend and going on a shopping trip, when your baby was missing?

Seriously, would you be thinking of having a tattoo if your child had been kidnapped? Wouldn't you be obsessed with finding her, getting her back.

Is this the behaviour of a mother whose child has been kidnapped, or of a mother who has finally got the freedom to be a free 'party girl' again?

I mean, this is only about her behaviour. I haven't even mentioned the evidence. I just cannot for the life of me, understand how anybody could possibly not see the truth. Actions speak louder than words.

I keep thinking of the saying 'out of sight, out of mine' relating to Casey!

That was me....:blushing: I am not on the caylee is alive fence. I believe she is deceased, unfortunately. I am trying in every way possible to get these folks to give me something to go on to find caylee dead or alive as it's all about caylee in my eyes now...JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE!!
