SS- I wish I could provide answers for ya... I hate to sound dumb since there are so many people with better theories than the ones in my head... But I for one of course wish she was alive, but you are right, I cannot find much if anything out there (other than a lot of hope which I respect people have) that points to her alive. I would love for it to be in the end-she is alive. If she is no longer with us, she needs to be put to rest in peace. You know I cry sometimes because I get so torn with emotions in this case. So many unanswered questions, so many lies... Does anyone sometimes feel this way?

Well, I'll give you a couple of examples, apart from the fact the LE investigates and arrests people everyday that are entirely innocent, all while insisting that they are guilty as sin. Let's not even get into many hundreds of people who have been freed from death row because LE fabricated evidence.

Remember Richard Jewel? The FBI had him tried and convicted and the media went right along with the witch hunt. Some of them are very sorry they did that but it hasn't seemed to have changed the way they operate.

Remember the Riley Fox case? I bet the Sheriff in that case told the media many lies about Kevin Fox in a corrupt desire to be re-elected. Kevin Fox is sitting home today, innocent as can be while the real murderer has had years of freedom while the evidence grows cold.

John Walsh is usually one of the first on the bandwagon for missing kids...he had staff in Orlando, I remember seeing them interviewed by FOX at one of the first "Live Pressers"....why has Caylee's case never been mentioned on AMW??? It is on the website...Does AMW know something we don't???

discussing theories is exactly what we're here for. Continually posting that those with a different viewpoint are "regurgitating Anthony speak" and that they are not interested in the truth, etc, etc, etc, and all the comments along these same lines repeatedly, only makes discussion impossible. If someone wanted a thread that is only for "guilties" to keep insulting the other side and slapping each other on the back, they need to make the title of the thread accurate. That's not what the title of this thread said.

IF Caylee is alive then:

- the decomposing body in the trunk of Casey's car...the decomp that TWO different dogs hit on, Cindy A. smelled, the tow truck guy smelled and others likely smelled (incl. GA) is someone else. Unless you believe that all this info about the smell and the decomp is all made up. BTW, George Anthony believes there was a dead body in the car. He doesn't believe it's Caylee.

- the hair showing the decomp band in the trunk of Casey's car must belong to someone else. Or else the forensics are just plain wrong and it belongs to some person (there was decomp on the root of the hair as well). Or else you believe the hair is a made up piece of evidence altogether and everyone is just pretending it exists.

- The decomp 'stain' in the trunk must belong to some other dead person. Or else you believe the stain is a made up piece of evidence and everyone is just pretending it exists.

- The tests showing a significant amount of chloroform are either wrong or are made up (or are not wrong but just not connected at all to the case and by coinky dink just happen to have been found in the trunk in high concentrations).

I thought we did have evidence of a dead body in the trunk, just because we can't touch the paper that says it, and we are going off of info released by LE doesn't make it any less true. or is it that you are just not accepting it as truth? why would they say there was, if there weren't?

That is a very good question. When this goes to court and LE says, "Sorry, Judge...we were just yanking their chain...we don't really have a thing to go on." then I will have to believe that the evidence they claim to have on the decomp in the trunk, the test results which verify it, the dog hits, the witnesses including the grandparents, and the rest of it were simply illusions.

I know there are cases like that, but usually dna sets people free, and proves their innocence. how would they fabricate forensic evidence? what about kc's behavior (31 days etc.) how could they fabricate that?

Well .....where is she, she's nowhere to be found and the last person who had her didn't want anyone to know she was missing. Now that person's car has tested positive for human decomposition etc. etc. 1+1+1=

as mentioned earlier in the thread in a couple of people's excellent posts, we don't know what evidence they have (a) because charges haven't been brought yet, only leaks so far, (b) because it is actually legal in some cases for law enforcement to use false information to try to encourage a confession. So it's not established yet if a body was ever in the trunk. That is one theory, though.

Casey refused to talk to Orlando LE....she never trusted them.. According to Cindy if OLE brought in the FBI Casey would tell them everything. So the good cops at Orlando called in the FBI....she still hasn't talked or said anything about where Caylee is.

If it was my kid gone I'd be begging to talk to anyone at LE. I'd not demand this & that then refuse to talk when the FBI arrived unless I was hiding something.

Then some other dead person was placed into Casey's car trunk either by Casey or someone who 1. had access to that trunk and 2. had a reason to place it there AND Caylee just happened to go missing around the same time or shortly before this other body was put in the car trunk, which makes the Anthony family the most unlucky family to be hit with a coinky-dink of ALSO having a random dead body placed in their car trunk the same time their daughter/grandaughter goes missing and/or is given away and/or is given to a Nanny who 'disappears.' I mean talk about unlucky! What are the odds?

He certainly did!! They decided to go against LE's wishes and released that sketch, too.

He also gladly took a lie detector test as did everyone else in the family.
