I was wondering the same thing myself. I wonder what was discussed. Is this standard procedure for LE or FBI to meet with you b4 ur Grand Jury testimony?

No way..............Even if the FBI is presenting on a case they don't normally meet with a witness before the GJ. I am just wondering about the purpose. Maybe immunity?

What do you think? I was wondering if they advised him about new results. I would not think they would be allowed to do this right before he testifies, but I can't really think of a legal reason why not.

2 years ago I was called to Testify before a GJ -

I was a witness to a crime -

Before I testified I sat down with the Police officer who took my original statement & the DA

They went over the Types of Questions they would be asking as well as what I said in my original statement to LE

Is it possible that GA is the "smoking gun?" Perhaps we won't see as many people testifying today as we think. If GA has the information they need, then they can whip through the "evidence" pretty quick. Maybe this is why everyone is thinking it'll be a 1-day event.

Yes they do........If a witness is coopereating with LE then it is common practice to meet with the witness before he testifies

When I testified in front of a GJ, I got no warning, no rehersal, nothing, just me thrown into a room with 15 people, they were sitting on graduated levels, and just throwing out questions to me, no rhyme to reason. I was 25 years old, 6 months pregnant and scared to death!

Yes they do........If a witness is coopereating with LE then it is common practice to meet with the witness before he testifies

Not the FBI - The local DA might give them a heads up on the questions, but the FBI stays out of it. I believe it is an immunity deal.
