Does anyone know if George is allowed to remain in the jury room and hear other witness testimony?

She should cut Cindy some slack. It has been a difficult search to find a washing machine with a "destroy all evidence" cycle located in between delicates and regular wash.:blowkiss: Sears has not introduced its forensics line of appliances --to date.

i think JC Penny has one....

Just an aside....what IS it with that family and chewing/smacking gum all the time? Especially when they're being videotaped? George just did it this morning, CA did it on the stand for the bond hearing, Casey does it back and forth to the attorney's office. SMACK SMACK SMACK. It just seems so inappropriate given the circumstances!

I think it's for nerves that cause "dry mouth".

Many people chew gum as a way to calm their nerves - I would guess that this could be possible for George.

No, he is not. GJ proceedings are VERY secretive. In fact GA can't even talk about his testimony until the GJ returns with their decision.

Me too!! I could really feel his pain in watching those videos. I feel for him, I really do. He's in a no-win situation (for him), and I just hope to god he does the right thing and puts his precious little granddaughter FIRST.

I agree. I feel really bad for George. He knows,.. in his heart he knows. And I hope he will do the right thing by his beautiful little granddaughter. The best thing for him is to run like hell from his crazy family.
I started crying when I watched him before he went into the courthouse. He IS doing the unimaginable,... but I feel he will do the right thing for Caylee. I HOPE he will do the right thing for Caylee,.. Cindy on the other hand,....

"I'm not nervous at all. You can't be nervous about something you have conviction for, that you have knowledge about. You're not going to be nervous about it. Everyone thinks I'm nervous talking to you guys. I'm very, very down to earth about a lot of stuff. That doesn't bother me," George Anthony said."

OMG, Cindy can't keep her mouth shut!!!
I think this video was taken yesterday. :furious:

This is just a grand jury hearing. There has been no conviction yet. Maybe GA is just hoping....

No, no other witnesses are in court room while one is giving their testimony. Just jury and State attorney

The Florida statute prevents any one person from being able to sit in on multiple witnesses unless they are intricate to the proceedings such as a grand juror or a stenographer. For this reason, for example, Mark N would be barred from going in with Cindy also if she were there....:)

That is true but if a witness is "Co-operating" with LE then the DA will always go over his Testimony to find out what he knows

In fact I spent 3 hours talking to the DA before I testified & the Lead Detective that was handling the case was also present - He also escorted me to & from the GJ

Different GJ's have different rules I guess, but I was under the impression from the GJ briefing that was not allowed as the testimony was to be unrehearsed.

LOL Cara's Mom:crazy::clap:

Don't forget the big ugly white sunglasses because she thinks she's a celebrity and a rock star. :furious:

Oh yeah, thanks for reminding me. I'm so glad I've found such like-minded people!

George Anthony finishes testifying
10:40 a.m. George Anthony left the courtroom after testifying for more than an hour. He and his attorney Mark NeJame would not comment. Prosecutors have not called the next witness.

Jurors take a break

I assumed he meant "conviction" in the sense of something he REALLY believed in, not in the judicial sense.

Maybe George said 11 o'clock because Cindy is going to testify at that time? hmmmmmm
Do we know for sure that shes not?
