I do not think the GJ decision will come out until later this week.
At least. They heard other cases which they are going to be deciding on, too. This won't be an immediate indictment for Casey, imo. I would love it at the end of the day if they just vote and say, "Lock her up!" tho!

Not sure if this is already talked about, but why does GA want us to stop at 11 am & pm to pray for Caylee? What the heck does he know? OMG

  • #365
AMEN!:)
And I imagine poor George is thanking God she's not there too!

But you know CA is waiting on him... to pounce and proceed to suck the life out of him with her q's.

If today is the last day in the term for this gj...it must be going to happen fast, otherwise they would have waited on the next one.

they want to try to get the indictment before her nov. trial. this is the last gj that meets before then. and yes its possible for them to decide today
they're not deciding if guilty just if they have enough evidence to try it.

Sending prayers to our sweet angel Caylee. Lord, please help us find her and let there be justice.

When we first heard about the GJ, wasn't it reported that this was a sitting jury whose last day of their term is today? Someone please correct me if I am remembering incorrectly. I think that is what generated all the talk that it must be today for an indictment from them. ??? All the talking heads on NG were suggesting it couldn't be done so fast, but that might mean waiting for a future GJ.

Yes this GJ has been seated for some time and today is their last day. However, their time can be extended to complete this case.

OK, gotta ask you guys if you're like me and feel a little scared? We've been waiting all this time for this to happen and now I have this sick feeling that they aren't going to give a True Bill. I'm normally an optimist, but from the beginning everything seems to have worked for, rather than against Casey.
1. she managed to go a month before LE found out Caylee was missing.
2. Her lies misled the police and left them with nothing but a cold trail.
3. she didn't "break" in jail and give up the info.
4. LP got her out thinking she would talk, that backfired and she remained silent.
5. Hurricane destroyed potental evidence.
6. they managed to bail her out again and been allowed to spend all days lounging at JB's.
7.TM gave up search.
8. Judge rules in favor of her motions.
Just seems like she's had all the luck from the beginning and it makes me nervous. Also when everyone, like NG, say repeatedly that she is going to be indicted, blah, blah, blah, it's like it goes against the gods to assume this will happen. I'm scared.
-------
You are not alone, I have the shivering fits also. I just keep thinking "all good things must come to an end".

There was some speculation on NG last week that the DA would want a seasoned GJ. I am guessing we will get an answer either later today or tomorrow am. JMHO

The minute GA gets home I'm sure she will be interorgating him about what he said.......I think LE knows how much she likes to control things
After MN's statement, I wonder if he is planning on going home again. GA best sleep with one eye open if he is.

Not to dash anyone's hopes here....but we don't know what George testified to. We don't know that he co-operated. We are all hoping he did...but we need to remember how this family sticks together.

I know tehcloser, I'm just hoping that he really does have a soul and will be Caylees hero, cause we know the rest won't. <saying a prayer>

i heard this morning on tru tv.: california's GJ can take forever but florida's are quick..

By statute.....They have the power to convene a grand jury at any time, so if this one had finished up and gone home before Casey's case was brought to them, , it would not prevent the indictment from happening prior to the next scheduled sitting of the GJ.:)

I believe KC will be in custody before the end of the day.

OMG! I know that's exactly what she'll do!
We're praying for you George.:praying:

OMG too funny!

I think they will still show a united front to the end. The operative word here is SHOW.

I remember this, too.

If I am not mistaken, all that was said was based on where they found the Hair V's the Stains in the trunk, from that you could deduct which end of the trunk that her head could have been.

Nothing more, nothing less...........................
