After watching GA's statement a couple of times, I believe him for the first time in this case. I think he may have actually come clean about everything he knows. (Or he decided to lie and take the fall for Casey.) I didn't hear denial or defiance anymore. It sounded more apologetic towards his family.

I think (however I am not positive) that CA takes medication for a back injury. Side effects can be twitching and involuntary body movements, particularly if her injury affects a nerve.

I noticed the tick too on the thread about her uncut interview ... she seemed to only do it at certain times, depended on what she was saying, which I thought was when she referred to Caylee as being alive but I only watched the video one time.

I've never noticed her to twitch her head in any other interview, i.e. with Greta, with Det M, etc. ----- doubt its back/pain issue, more likely stress.

I think they just mean they'll show that it was in the same spot as where the body was in the trunk, not the yard. At least that's how I read it, originally... I guess it could mean in the yard as well though..

and if it does mean that they found chloroform also in the yard where the dogs hit on..........that's really damning evidence if you ask me - - - there is no talking your way out of that one for sure.

I think you may be right. Referring to her "body" indicates her deceased body...They would have just said this is where Caylee was if she were not expired at the time...

Maybe it is a "tell" as we say in poker. When someone is lying there is always a "tell" action which shows it.

Side effects from anti psychotic meds do that. May be her antidepressant dose is too high.

Or it could have been her head starting to spin with each lie she said!

I doubt it. That is a courtesy sometimes extended by LE, but it is not likely with the way this has been handled by him.

Courts were in session yesterday, at least they were in Fort Myers.

Court was in session yesterday in Orlando as well, there is a case live on TruTV.

In fact CSI Supervisor, M. Vincent, who was photographed collecting evidence from the Anthony Residence and Casey's car is testifying at this very moment.

Oh my GOD! This IS the first time I have ever heard that. So what is that going to prove? Is it going to prove she was in the yard AFTER she was in the trunk and that she was already dead for some time PRIOR to being placed in the yard??? Mindblowing revelation!

I took it to mean that the chloroform was found in the trunk, the same place there were signs of decomp and it was proven to have come from Caylee. So she had also been in the trunk at one time.

No way will they allow her to turn herself in. Not on a murder charge. They are going to cuff her azz.
