sounds like SA is saying they did not - and it shouldnt fall on SA - i.e. saying that SA didnt provide as requested...

unfortuntely, I have to agree with Baez on this one (I hate when that happens) that if there is a manual it needs to be produced ... but if there is no "k-9" training" manual then there is none.

OC office says JB's office owes them $900 for other stuff, which they have to pay FIRST, before they take on another charge for copying the K9 "train the trainer" book.

oh...she's explaining 900 is for what he owes from compiled tips...she's only charging him .10/page not the standard .15/page

jb owes them money for other copies. that is where the $900 page comes from. there isn't a manual. there is a guideline for working with trainers.
