court has other options besides GAG order, such as:

Voire Dire
Jury sequestering
Change of Venue
yada, yada, yada

Oh, and lawyers have first amendment rights too

Sequestering is expensive and counter productive. Not looked up with favor by most courts. Gag order is cheaper and more effective.


OMG he uses LE and SA in the same breath - totally different agencies. FBI is another story entirely. Can't be blamed on SA office anymore than Baez can be blamed for the Anthonys.
