The most anticipated celebrity wedding of the year may just end up falling through the cracks. Katie Holmes is reportedly having the wedding jitters and doubts about marrying Tom Cruise.
Then "Batman Begins" star gave birth to fiancй Tom's daughter Suri in April and the pair planned to tie the knot this fall. However, Katie allegedly told a visitor to the isolated Colorado retreat where she has been staying with Suri and Tom's family that she is unsure about making a "commitment" to the "Top Gun" actor.

According to Britain's Sunday Mirror newspaper, she told the visitor, I don't have my own life any more. I'm not comfortable."

A source added, "The wedding dress is bought. Tom's two adopted kids from his marriage to Nicole Kidman will be there, but just where and when is up in the air. Katie is nervous about making a commitment to Tom and the early excitement of their love affair has worn off."

Katie should be worried, Tom is a whack job. I finally read the Vanity Fair article yesterday, I have to agree Tom sleeping with the baby was fake looking. The pictures are beautiful, but somehow the article screams publicity stunt to me.

Here's a good, albeit humorous (IMO), article re Tom and Scientology. This are just a couple of good paragraphs that I enjoyed.

My favourite aspect of the teachings of Scientology lies in the story of Xenu, which is a real whopper of a tale that stretches any credibility of this pseudo-religion to its breaking point in my eyes. It should be noted that the story of Xenu is only taught to higher level Scientologists.

Xenu was the leader of the Galactic Confederacy 75 million years ago. For some inexplicable reason, Xenu brought billions of people to Earth on spaceships resembling DC-8 airliners and blew them up with hydrogen bombs. The ghosts of these exterminated people have stuck around these millions of years and interfered with our spiritual well-being all this time. The ghosts must be expunged for the human soul to ascend to a higher soul.

That, in a nutshell, is a core part of the Scientology mythos. Were you able to read the above with a straight face? I know I wasn’t.

The key word is quipped. That tells me that he was joking! That Will is a really funny guy!! Another clue is the frequent flyer mile comment. He is not earning FF miles in a Scientology junior program!!

"almost makes sense" is right. But she was supposedly in the hospital the same time as Brooke Shields wasn't she? I would have thought those records had been checked. Also, didn't a friend of one of our posters go into the same room after Katie?

i believe the story. i think she would be insane to marry Cruise. i think she should get those DNA tests on Suri and get the proof out there.

It wouldn't surprise me one bit. Some of those pics of Katie's belly late in the pregnancy did look very fake. The baby looks more like Chris than like Tom, especially with the dark eyes.

How many months of fake pregnancy would it be, though?? Three months??? That baby didn't look that much bigger than what they claim her age is, did she??

The quick courtship, engagement and instant pregnancy is all suspect to me, though.

I thought she looked a couple months larger than claimed. Her face looks so much older than most 4 month olds. She looked to be around 6 months. But hey, every child is different and some babies look a lot older. I have an 17 month old that looks around 8 months... so who knows.

Well, it will be interesting to see how this thing plays out. Surely, Katie wouldn't be stupid enough to allow her child to be controlled by Tom, if they split and if it is really Chris's.

I have no idea..but I do have a gf that checked into the hospital to have her baby immediately after Katie. Staff told my gf that she had just checked into the room katie checked out of. FWIW
