Well, I am guessing she has to do something, she's not supposed to be around the baby for seven days! If I were her, I'd be packing Suri's stuff and my stuff and going home to my parents! Of course, Mr. Control probably has armed guards around the baby so she can't get near her.

The way I see it, her only possible hope of escape is to plan another shopping trip to Barney's, and somehow escape from her 4 escorts/handlers (perhaps thru a window in the restroom?).

Actually, I doubt she wants to escape... that's what makes this all so sad. I'm sure the Scientology brainwashing is already in effect. Otherwise, some of the real interviewers (as opposed to the tabloids) wouldn't be describing her as constantly smiling but with a vacant look in her eyes.

I think its the media's fault (and our's). They all kiss his behind because his movies make millions and if they don't place nicey nice every movie company who makes money off of him would prevent their stars from giving interviews, etc., and no one would tabloid trash rags or Entertainment Tonight any more. What on earth would we do without that crap? :waitasec: Once the public STOPS watching him on television and stops paying to see his movies, they'll stop asking him to be in them and the media won't have any more use for him. Actress Nicole Kidman has congratulated ex-husband Tom Cruise's fiance Katie Holmes after she gave birth to a baby girl Suri on Tuesday, adding that she hoped "mother and baby" were well.



The Australian actress failed to mention Cruise in her press release, an omission which is possibly due to the fact that she had a heated argument with her ex-husband after he expressed his desire to have their adopted children Isabella, 13, and Connor, 11, present in the delivery room.



According to sources, Kidman felt that the experience would have been too traumatic for the children at their age.



However, swallowing some of her pride, Kidman said in a statement released by her publicist, "I hope both mother and baby are doing well."
