I am going to clear up a few things but it was Tony posting on Websleuths that cleared up the most of the mis-information. But thanks for hanging around anyway:)

Here are some very interesting facts from Tony:

Leonard was only with Casey 3 minutes maybe 3 1/2 MINUTES TOPS.

My opinion: Next time you see Leonard talking about how much he spoke to Casey and repeats involved conversations keep this time in mind.
"3 1/2 MINUTES TOPS. "

Tony will have NOTHING to do with Baez. To me . . . that speaks HUGE VOLUMES.

The Big Question: Why didn't Tony get a copy of the papers with the signatures?

When I spoke with Tony this afternoon he told me why.

Before I go any further I want to stress again that I trust Tony 100 percent. I would trust him with my money and my life. I certainly trust what he says.

Because Tony respects you all so much he told me to go ahead and post what he told me. He is extremely busy or he would be here himself I am sure.

If I incorrectly describe something please do not hold it against Tony. it is my note taking. I think I got it right but if not, I will correct it ASAP.

When Tony signed his document it was notarized properly. The notary was there and put her stamp on it.

Tracey and Rob's signatures were not notarized at the time of signing. Yet, later, the notary's stamp was on the signatures.

Leonard does not remember if his signature was notarized properly or not.

The signatures were later manipulated to look like Leonard's name was right below Tony's. Not the case. Manipulated to look like they signed the same form.

Tony didn't get a copy because right after he signed them, within minutes of signing, he got a call from his office telling him there was a WARRANT OUT FOR HIS AND LEONARD'S ARREST. Something about practicing bail bonds without a Florida license. The ironic thing is his bail was 500 thousand dollars.

At that moment when the phone call came in all his energy, his thought, his everything was focused on not going to jail. Can you imagine? Finding out the cops are looking for you and your "crime" commands a half million dollar bond? Yeah, I would take my eye of the ball and concentrate on that issue no question.

Put it simply, he forgot about the copies and went to work on keeping Leonard and himself out of jail.

I think it is safe to say we can all understand this.

Later, with the help of the F.B.I. the warrant was pulled and all was well.

Tony tried again to get copies. Before his plane left he tried to get one of Baez's assistant to get copies to him but the week was just too hectic.

You all remember when Casey was bonded out.? We had minute by minute reports of everything going on. Tony was right in the eye of the storm. Hey, it was too hectic for us on WS. Imagine Tony's life. Copies were on his list but with everything else it just didn't happen.

After that, other things in Tony's life took over.

Tony absolutely agrees with all of you. He should have gotten a copy. He is embarrassed that he didn't.

My take . . . Who knew that this document would become such a big thing? How many papers does Tony sign in a day, gets copies, only never to have to look at them again?

This one time, when Murphy's Law was in full force, Tony wasn't able to get a copy.

As soon as I post this I have to make a phone call. I'll be back in a couple of hours or sooner. :)

TP makes a big deal about his mistake in not asking for the papers. But to me, the embarrassment should be JB's. Most attorneys will make a copy of signed papers automatically and give them to the client. Then it is up to the client to keep them or not, but the attorney knows they had them at one point. But JB didn't. I guess he could also claim the press of urgency because of what was going on that day. But he also didn't hand them to a secretary with instructions to copy and mail them. To me, that is pretty shoddy for an attorney. An attorney's life blood is paperwork and the issues that surrounds the paperwork. An ethical attorney usually makes sure the client or whoever has a copy of that paperwork, to cover himself as well as the person signing them. Since they didn't receive a copy of the 'contract' TP could claim that he wasn't aware of an issue in the contract because he wasn't given a copy of it to read.

Makes me wonder why JB didn't make the copies, and if this scheme was cooked up even that far back?

BTW TP has already posted all of that himself back in the thread. I think he just wanted to make sure that people paid attention.

Tricia, thanks for the post. I don't know if it gives me any sort of AHA moment, to be honest. Some of what you shared was posted by TP, perhaps using different words, but the threat of arrest he told us about, he has told us about LP seeing KC for a very short period of time, etc. I do think that he should address the manipulated sigs and the notarization immediately w/ the FL Bar. The notary is overseen by the Secretary of State's office, in my state. Whatever agency or official that oversees notaries in FL (don't know if it's different from state to state) should be alerted to that issue. I used to be one a while back, and what was done that you describe is absolutely against the rules, and the notary could/should lose their commission. You cannot go back and notarize a doc after the fact/the signing.

The copy thing...OK, I can give him that one. And to be honest, it hit me today that I have made my own missteps w/ my business. (As I have posted once or twice, we lost a lot of $$$$ to an employee's theft and embezzlement.) So upon further thought, perhaps I'm not the best person to take him to task about the copy. Woulda, coulda, shoulda.

My interest lies mainly in TP's posts about the As and LP. I was befuddled, to say the least, about those issues.

But, thank you for taking the time to talk to him and post that info.

Thanks, Tricia. The document thing is not a big deal to me b/c we got to hear the interviews, and hopefully M & M can depose them now. End result turned out okay so far. JB just might get his day in front of the Bar for his antics, but as of now, even if JB was discredited, AL is still there and far more capable of trying this case anyway.

I am glad to read that TP respects this site and kinda came in with the knowledge that it can be an opinionated crown here (which makes WS all the more successful, IMO).
Now that the interviews have been released, there will be much more to ask him about should he choose to come back-To me, whether or not we like the A's is tangential, I would like to pick his brain more about the topics brought up in the recent discovery.

I am waiting patiently for the next couple weeks as TP said he would be back within a couple of weeks to explain what is going on with the case.
It sounds like a plea deal coming down the ropes and or a movie or book coming out as it will have to be out before her trial as after that, she cant make any money...OR another BOMBSHELL like they found the real Zanny or someone is going to Confess! (and not KC) hmmmm so much excitement.

First of all I want to thank Tricia for taking the time to call and get some things straightened out today. I again want to repeat myself about the respect I have for this site. This is the only pace I have posted anything and Tricia has a lot to do with that. She has been great at uncovering the truth and the facts. She was tracking me down last year when we were flying to Orlando just to verify that it was me and not an imposter. She is very dedicated to this site as well as the members here. I think it is great that this site has as many opinions, thoughts, theories, questions, information, and intuition about this case. The most important thing to key on is that all of us seek justice in the death of poor Caylee. Nothing more and nothing less. We all need to respect each other here. There are posts here that don't offend me but they are untrue. When I post here I am trying my best to give all of you the truthful insight into my experiences in this case. No theories just the absolute truth. Some people may not like this but that is all I am giving. I know it burns everybody when I speak highly of the Anthony's (George and Cindy). I am not saying you have to agree with me but my perspective is much different than anybody's opinions here. They have always been and continue to be very nice to me. Again, I do not agree with how some things have been handled and I am in no way trying to make excuses for them, however, in my dealings with them they are friendly, respectful, courteous, and caring. I am sorry if this offends anybody. Just like when some of you say some things I am not offended. It may seem as though I am but I am not. I may come back with some comments but these comments are thruthful. Again I shed the truth on some of the theories here. I am not at all trying to brainwash anybody here into thinking my way or anybody else's way. That is the beautiful thing about this country, everybody is entitled to their own opinion. Our involvement in this case was to never "muddy the waters" at the beginning or any time thereafter. We really believed that we were doing this for all the right reasons. If you don't believe that or can't believe it I am okay with that. The bottom again is that we all want justice for Caylee.

On another note. I have been getting bashed about throwing Leonard under the bus. Not true!! I have a very unique relationship with Leonard. We have been doing deals since I was 6. I used to do TV commercials for his furniture store when I was 6. When I have a problem with Leonard I flat out tell him and visa versa. There are some things he has been doing that I see no reason in at all. He continues to do things that I don't agree with. That doesn't make him a bad person and it doesn't make me a traitor. You people want the truth here am I right? Well, all I am trying to provide is the truth whether it be about LP, JB, Rob, Tracy, or anybody else. I only give you what I know and what I know to be the truth. I do not and will not ever speculate. If I did speculate on anything I would only be cheating myself, you, and justice for this case.

Okay enough!!! Thanks to all for your understanding!!

Are you too tired for some questions?

I'm glad I was here tonight when you came in. Somehow I usually miss you. TP I respect the way you have behaved while here (even when under pressure.) You've been pretty open with us, let us know honestly when there was something you couldn't discuss, and have laid it out honestly for us. And you have been quick to say when something was your opinion, not necessarily fact or opinion that others agreed with. So yeah, I got no problems with you. I actually respect you.

Thank you for this.

You are quite welcome. Tricia and I had a great conversation today. IMO everybody here is very lucky to have her running this site. She did her best to cover a lot of items we talked about today. Unfortunately there are still some things and explanations I told her that can't come out yet. Sorry very soon though.
