It is such a privilege for us when players in a case find us here at WS. It gives our forum a dignity that other forums lack. Please, please lets all remember there are many other forums out there where TP could choose to post. I for one, was really happy that he chose WS.

IMO, she knew Caylee was gone and she was doing whatever she could to protect KC. CA is an enabler and seems like she has always been that way. CA has created the monster that KC has become. :crazy:

I have spent hours reading from page 11 to this page and I am left dumbfounded. I want you to stay here Mr. TP. But for the life of me I cannot understand your bringing up the fact that something is coming that will "shock" us all, and you can't say which side will release the info or when, or who it concerns. Ok, I'm sorry.....but that just seems cruel to me. If you would've said, I believe next week or in two weeks some very interesting and surprising info regarding ????? will be coming out but I promised not to say a word about the content of it now.....I could understand. Maybe I missed that post of yours, and if I did I apologize. But the titillating info your gave seemed to me like teasing a hungry baby with it's bottle, but placing it just out of it's reach. (Ok, bad analogy but you get my meaning.) Sorry, that's JMO. And like I said, I'd like for you to stay but maybe not taunt the members with things you are unwilling to provide. Just sayin.

And since when was WS about every member having the same opinion? It is a place to voice our own opinions, isn't it? Not be threatened by "well if you don't like what I say then I am leaving." Maybe I'm wrong.....misinformed, IDK.

But I'll say it again for you.....I want you to stay. Just please understand that all of us are going to have varying opinions, I thought it was kind of the point.

I assumed the same thing you did, and I thought that was what was happening when he did join in. At the same time, and when he wasn't here, that was what we were doing.....talking and speculating. I don't think I ever recall a poster calling him a liar or anything of a derogatory nature.

I was wondering if the Anthony's truly think there is a nanny involved?

CA seemed to back up KC's phanthon phone call as well from Caylee on July 15th from an unidentifiable number as well as all those false Caylee sightings all over the country...

It seems to me CA (the most) seems to feel since she doesn't know what happened, how Caylee died, there must be some glimmer of hope on her part that her daughter isn't involved or why would she harp on the zanny theory and put Jesse out there with a motive...IMO, it's all smoke and mirrors and it's about how CA is perceived as a mother..remember those rose colored glasses?

Also I remember how GA and his friends had the kidnappers under surveillance and will put together this covert operation to rescue Caylee...:bang:

There is no KC ZFG.

All three names are so common, there may be a LOT of ZFGs.

I work with a nurse named Zenaida Gonzalez. She's one of many. If her mothers name was Fernandez, she'd be a ZFG. (I don't know her matronym).

I got to agree with you here, Brini! I don't think they ever really thought that there was a nanny, ZFG or otherwise. They have all but said they know she was unemployed, so why in the world would she need a nanny? It's just more CMA! (Cover My *)

Am I the only one that was not enlightened by TP's posts today? He touched on some things, but that was it. Don't get me wrong.....I'm just still confused.

I understand, I get it. He's the real TP, Tricia vetted him very carefully, as I would assume she would have done. So, I was never in doubt about his i.d. But I am still left wondering why he is posting here? Set aside that he likes this forum above all others and thinks highly of its' members. When you are involved in a case like this, regardless of whether or not you are going to testify, why come to a forum like this at all? Wouldn't the safe bet be to stay clear of all this and keep your head down? I am sorry to those of you who are more persuaded, but I am still wondering what is at the bottom of all this. Maybe, nothing. But, I read thru this entire thread and all I have is more questions. He shares things, but we are left with *I can't tell you now. Soon. No, that is the wrong direction. Sorry, I can't answer that question.* But left precious little to go on. Why do that if you can't give up the goods?

I'm sorry gang. I have no personal ax to grind w/ Tony, and I respect his right to post here, but I still don't understand why this is being given out in little teeny dribs and drabs and we are left salivating like dogs over a bone not big enough to go around. Does anyone else KWIM? Or am I out on this creaky little twig all by myself?

He's giving it out in dribs and drabs because there's a big trial coming up.

A some of the questioners were asking for his theories re: the crime. He can't answer any of those, for starters. I'm sure he has a theory-- just like the rest of us have one. And, if he DOES express a theory, he will be subpeonaed.

He doesn't know enough to be a valuable witness for either side. He'd like to just stay out of it.

If he wants to come here and post-- why not? He's a member. I appreciate his insights.

Once we get past this trial, I'm gonna ask a lot of questions about his profession.

I see nothing suspicious in Tony posting here. I think he's being honest, and answering what he can.

Could the attorney who will be revealing whatever, be BC? And the revelation be tied to LP, JB, $$$, whatever (I believe JBKent had some thoughts on this)?

TP has been pretty negative toward LP (distancing himself) & JB in his latest visits - also, he revealed they (LP & JB) are communicating, along w/ DC in the mix.

The A's are not happy w/ JB, dislike LP and who knows @ this point what their relationship is w/ DC. BC has indicated the A's would like to and should be able to visit KC, however, JB is prohibiting this.

Oh, and TP not filing a complaint w/ the Bar right now (when, then?) .... AND, he (TP) still communicates w/ the A's! Is the train to oust JB rollin' down the tracks?

IMO, he was set up to look for Caylee's remains...I want to know who led him there, why they led him there and what would they have done if he did find Caylee's remains in November?

Left with more questions than answers but remember, CA can put up a huge front. TP may think she was nice and honest to him but it's truly not in her nature, IMO...she's a grand manipulator of men...I noticed it back at JBP and her arms around RD. She will do what she has to, she will say what she has to to get things going her way.

I look at it this way, since day one we have had just about every single theory that great minds could possibly even think about. We have gone in many directions regarding this case, right down to the dog did it.

For all we know, someone may have already touched on it in one of the hundreds of thousands of posts in Caylee's Forum.

I was SO not going to participate in this thread anymore after the events of the last twenty fours hours, but Eunice, you made me do it! :blowkiss:

If I have this right, late last night, there was a lengthy personal phone call between TP and Tricia for some reason.

Tricia posted on behalf of TP over what he perceived were our comments of misunderstanding concerning him. She asks that we reconsider our opinons of him.

A short time later, after Tricia has spoken on behalf of him, TP shows up for a few hours of very late night chatting.

Posters are no longer asking direct questions about his minimal involvement in this case (such as the documents...only thing he has any real direct information about since he actually only spent a few hours at dinner at the A's house that first night), but instead, are asking him questions about things he does NOT have direct information about (the investigation, etc) and a bunch of YOU ROCKS!

I know everyone is just dying to know what this "secret" information he holds is but I will be very surprised if......

1. It is something coming from LE (new forensic report, etc).

TP is NOT an investigator, does not have any kind of a working relationship with LE, FBI and I seriously doubt that they are entrusting him with investigation "secrets".

2. It is something coming from the Defense.

TP stated that he does NOT have a good relationship with Baez, states he does not AL, and I seriously doubt that the defense is entrusting him with defense "secrets"

3. It is something coming from the Prosecution.

TP is not an employee of the state of Florida, is not an investigator, nor is he playing an active role in their case against KC. I seriously doubt that anyone from the SA office has confided or entrusted him with information they are about to release about the case.

4. It is something from LP.

TP stated that LP is NOT discussing his conversations with DC or Baez at all. I believe the wording he used was "tight lipped".

5. It is something coming from the CA/GA.

I guess this is possible, but regardless of what it is, it would be irrelevant at this point since nothing they claim is believable anymore.

Bottom line, I don't know why everyone is salivating thinking this is going to be BIG. With all due respect to TP, he stepped into this case briefly (much to the chagrin of LE, SA, the public), signed a bond, ate dinner with the A's for a couple of hours and flew back to Cali. I would be very surprised to find out that anyone who has anything to do with the investigation or defense of KC is relying on TP enough to keep him abreast and close to the cuff on the "inside track".

Nope - it didn't really get "hot in kitchen". I said nothing derogatory or mean or incitive but I seem to have provoked a wrath unwarrented. I am truly sorry. That wasn't my intent. I love this place and all that it does and that it represents and hope that I am not the (single) cause of this (TP's) decision to leave and no longer post. If I am, then I can only assume that there was no backbone there to begin with...

However, wasn't it just recently BC stated they (GA & CA) wanted very much to visit KC, however, JB refused to allow them to do so? Or, did I miss something .......?

I wonder if the news is going to be that DC has come up with some kind of evidence that they believe will prove that the body was not there in Aug but was moved later. DC has shared this info with defense, CA/GA convinced it will prove KC innocent (and have shared this with TP?), LP is hanging with DC cause it might get him back on TV?

If this is it, I don't think it is going to be some big eye opening evidence. Just something they all think they are going to be able to twist into a defense. (disclaimer: JMHO)

EDITED TO ADD: This could also explain the discrepancies in DC interview with LE in Jan and testimony from hearing this week. He gave to two different time frames of when his contracts began and ended. I think in LE interview he said Baez contract ended in Oct. But in court, he said he is still under contract with Baez. He may have recently entered into contract with Baez again (break between Oct and recently) so testimony is no longer conflicting...but both are true at the time he stated it?
