How many times now when we get breaking news (or even just juicy tidbits) will we be wondering if that's the thing Tony was hinting at? We may even hear about it and be unphased, not shocking us in the least. . . We may never know.

But, he revealed all to Tricia...so there has to be "something". If she thought it would be best to wait, I'm sure she would have advised him...no?

I don't know. Why say anything until you could discuss it? What good does that serve?

I can't for the life of me figure out how I missed the phrases that you highlight here - December is a time to remember two ... and it's been two years.

At the time I initially read the post he said we recently lost our beloved dog, Samson. I swear I would place my hand on the Holy Bible and swear to it that's what I read - no December is the time, etc. This would not have stayed in my mind this long and I know how to do math. I knew we were talking about a little girl's death in June of 2008, why would I think it possible that a dog who died in 2006 could have mauled her? I wouldn't.

If I am wrong, I apologize, but I'm not convinced. Let's not argue about it because I'm sure it's been investigated (I hope so anyway).

Sorry I never got to that. We swept the house because Rob did not want law enforcement listening to our conversations. I do believe that the police swept the house before Casey came back.

wow, now why wouldnt anyone want LE to hear what was going on in that house? hinky meter for me. They had surveylance videos to watch as well....

At this point, I will not believe anything about anyone being the father without a DNA test that confirms such. We have heard several different options from family and friends, and of course we have had our own speculations about it. I have to believe that LE was just as interested in learning the truth since there was much speculation early on that the father could factor in to the kidnapping/murder as a defense.

Could the attorney who will be revealing whatever, be BC? And the revelation be tied to LP, JB, $$$, whatever (I believe JBKent had some thoughts on this)?

TP has been pretty negative toward LP (distancing himself) & JB in his latest visits - also, he revealed they (LP & JB) are communicating, along w/ DC in the mix.

The A's are not happy w/ JB, dislike LP and who knows @ this point what their relationship is w/ DC. BC has indicated the A's would like to and should be able to visit KC, however, JB is prohibiting this.

Oh, and TP not filing a complaint w/ the Bar right now (when, then?) .... AND, he (TP) still communicates w/ the A's! Is the train to oust JB rollin' down the tracks?

LOL, at this point the dude is damned if he do and damned if he don't. I think he was just trying to hang and chat with those that understand most of the case.
IMO, perhaps he was letting us know that there is more and possibly assumed that since we all understand a lot of the ins and outs of these cases we would understand that he cannot reveal it. Maybe he just wanted to let you all know there really was more coming out and that we don't know everything yet.

Obviously you're more politically correct than I am. He can't have it both ways JBean. He doesn't know who the DP lawyer is. He doesn't know a lot of things that we here know. He says it himself that he was not around very long with the A's especially KC. He says his uncle is not sharing info with him.
He has not really told us anything we don't already know. If he has and I'm just blanking please refresh my memory. He did clarify the paperwork confusion I guess but that's about him not Caylee.

Did I tell you I know who's going to the Superbowl this year? I'm not telling yet though.

That would be interesting, but soooo sad! For some family to find out that Caylee was their flesh and blood but not be able to watch her grow would be absolutely terrible! I think if that is the news, it will make me cry to think that we have just added more lives to the long list of lives that KC has damaged. JMO.

On the shocker theory I have one that I considered way back in the beginning of this bizarre case.
I actually wondered if this entire case was the real life makings of a reality show involving all of America and beyond.
I so wish it was. I wish Caylee was alive and well. I wish CA was just a very good actress. I wish KC really was following a script. I wish GA really isn't as whipped as he appears to be. I wish Jose was an actor then we would all understand his meaningless motions.
I wish at the next hearing Judge Strickland would announce from the bench "Surprise America...you've all been sucked into the greatest reality show ever made."

I have a different take on this.

As a WS poster,I have seen posters wondering if "this is all there is" to the case. Some thinking it is a little short, others thinking it is barely floating by. While others think it's a slam dunk.

Bluntly, folks have wondered if LE has more info. TP's statements leads me to believe that it's possible that LE does have more. And that stuff is 'firm'. It is that mind set that TP is confirming. He isn't reveling anything new. Just confirming what some believe.

Am I the only one that was not enlightened by TP's posts today? He touched on some things, but that was it. Don't get me wrong.....I'm just still confused.

I understand, I get it. He's the real TP, Tricia vetted him very carefully, as I would assume she would have done. So, I was never in doubt about his i.d. But I am still left wondering why he is posting here? Set aside that he likes this forum above all others and thinks highly of its' members. When you are involved in a case like this, regardless of whether or not you are going to testify, why come to a forum like this at all? Wouldn't the safe bet be to stay clear of all this and keep your head down? I am sorry to those of you who are more persuaded, but I am still wondering what is at the bottom of all this. Maybe, nothing. But, I read thru this entire thread and all I have is more questions. He shares things, but we are left with *I can't tell you now. Soon. No, that is the wrong direction. Sorry, I can't answer that question.* But left precious little to go on. Why do that if you can't give up the goods?

I'm sorry gang. I have no personal ax to grind w/ Tony, and I respect his right to post here, but I still don't understand why this is being given out in little teeny dribs and drabs and we are left salivating like dogs over a bone not big enough to go around. Does anyone else KWIM? Or am I out on this creaky little twig all by myself?

I was here the night he began posting. I don't know his motives of course, but I have my own thoughts about it.

The night he began posting was soon after it was announced the group from California was posting bond. There was quite a bit of outrage that they were posting the bond. Both in the media and online. Protesters were lining the streets in front of the A home, media was there with their trucks. Tony has since said they were also getting death threats at some point during that time.

LP began doing media interviews about why they were posting the bond. Tony started posting here. I think they hoped to calm down the public at least a little bit if possible. To assure people that they were there for Caylee. And that they were bonding KC out in order to try to get her to talk about what happened. Tony kept assuring us that LP could find anyone. Unfortunately, they thought Caylee was still alive. And I can't find it in myself to blame them for making every effort to find Caylee if she was still alive. Not even if I already believed she was dead at that point.

Since the first time, Tony has come back and talked about different issues in the case. Some things he won't talk about. LOL, as much as we would like to know, he has the right to hold some things back. And I would think that some things he would have to hold back for professional reasons. He has given us some background, some small pieces of info and a heads up that important info was coming. And so far his info has panned out.
