I didn't get in on time to ask Tony a burning question I (and others) have ..... if he comes back on, would someone please ask Tony if he is going to pursue the matter of Baez allegedly submitting a fake document that Tony did not sign, and if Tony is going to file a complaint with the Florida Bar?

I am half kidding about the book thing. If any of you ever thought it was all about publicity and money for me then I would have been on more TV than my uncle. Instead I was running around FL with a jacket covering my face because I wasnt interested in this. I had offers from everybody to come on their shows. You name it they offered!!! I did 3 shows! I did Greta because I like her and she was very nice to speak with aside from TV. I did NG because my surety company asked me to go on and protect the bail industry and to reel LP in a little. And I just did the Today Show to protect my integrity from some of these leeches.

I never thought about ever writing a book until recently. There are numerous mistruths out there and I would MAYBE do something TRUTHFUL!!!!!!!

I, for one, would love to have some truthful insight into this case. There have been so many lies that it boggles the mind.

A ton of questions came up on this 14+ page thread, and my mind goes blank when Tony says "Hi".. I can't remember a one of them that I have been just dying to ask.

Sorry - I didn't see your post before I posted mine .... but it confirms that other people along with myself would like to know the answer to this question, from Tony. Is Tony going to follow up with State prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick to find out if Baez ever produced an Original of the alleged fake document?

THANK YOU for your stand on INTEGRITY!!! That is exactly why I love this forum and it is refreshing to read how that is important to you as well. May that one word - INTEGRITY - continue to be held up in honor here and everywhere around each one of us. That is the most important thing we can share with each other in this tragedy and all the others we discuss.

I thought that you would be in a position to file a complaint with the Florida Bar about this, because it was your signature that was falsified and attached to a document that you did not sign. I would think you have a right to know if Baez ever produces an Original of this document, and take it from there. Thanks for the reply

So you haven't heard any noise that the SA, etc.. would be required to do anything about this?

How much in trouble could JB be over this? And does it also impact AL?

The problem with this is "WHO WOULD TELL THE TRUTH?" But if the person I was asking had to tell the truth or I knewe I was getting the truth it would be to ask Casey what happened?
