Toronto mayor admits crack use

Toronto police investigators have obtained seven new search warrants in relation to the Project Brazen 2 investigation of Mayor Rob Ford and others.

The new warrants, which were granted by a provincial court judge between October 2013 and January 2014, include authorizations for police to obtain call records from Bell, Rogers, Telus and Wind Mobile.

The Star does not know what police sought or are seeking with these warrants, but they were included on a chronological list of judicial authorizations handed over Tuesday in Superior Court where the Star and other media is seeking public access to the documents. They could relate to call records for Ford’s cell phones or others targeted by the investigation.

What about the citizens of Toronto, even ones who actually voted for him who are gay? I hate this ahole so much. Can't wait for him to get what's coming to him- jail-time. JMO

There are signs that the first video was shot indoors with daylight streaming through an opening in the window covering, which meant the crack smoking occurred in the day time.

A source stated a female voice was spurring Ford on with her own racial and homophobic comments, including one where she said she would “put my foot up (Liberal Leader) Justin Trudeau’s a--.”

“My sense is that she is goading him on. They are clearly all high. Is she spurring him to make comments that will make him look bad or is she just saying what she believes,” the source told the Sun.

Smoking crack during the day. Good job Mayor.

If I was Socknacki I'd be thinking I'd better drop out of this race at the last moment leaving only two potential candidates running for mayor. Any more than two is going to cause vote splitting putting Ford back in office IMO. Can they even have only two candidates? Lol

Sure, you may see black coke peddlers out on the streets, but who do you think actually produces and cultivates cocaine? It's the rich whites who sell it to the minorities to sell on the streets. Toronto Police have obtained another search warrant in connection to a months-long investigation involving Mayor Rob Ford.

Details relating to the warrant, including what materials are being sought and who is being targeted, were sealed by an Ontario judge Friday.

Lawyers representing several media organizations including The Globe and Mail are seeking access to police documents submitted to court to obtain search warrants for a Toronto Police operation dubbed Project Brazen 2.
