Great song for a great cause. Wishing them success. Kind of surprising that they'd ask RF to participate considering his and his familiy's views on the LGBT community. Perhaps he is reconsidering his stance on a lot of things during this unknown and scary time in his life? I hope so. Can't believe what it took for him to perhaps get to this revelation.

Can we expect to see both Ford brothers representing at this year's pride parade? ;)

Rob Ford says new Ontario sex-ed curriculum makes him 'absolutely sick

Ford says his kids in Grade 2 and Grade 4 ``should not be talking about what anal sex is'' or what oral sex entails.

Ford appears to have some details of the curriculum wrong.

Students in Grade 2 will be learning about the stages of development and related body changes.

Still a buffoon....sigh :sigh:

Lisi charges dismissed. Breaking

Well that was to be expected. People like Ford and Lisi use other people to shield them from their illegal activities because they are at a higher level. Bottom line was that an undercover officer purchased $900 (in marked bills) worth of drugs from a dry cleaner and Lisi showed up right after the transaction and pocketed the marked bills. But he didn't actually sell the drugs to the officer. Lisi would never be at street level peddling drugs, he's way beyond that IMO.

Update - The clinical team at Mount Sinai Hospital has advised that the main mass has been successfully removed from Cllr Ford's abdomen

Things are going well, and the Councillor has remained stable the entire time while under anesthesia.

Don't know if I'll be able to watch the mockumentary after having lived through the real thing.

Here's the film's official site:

Interesting. I've always spelled it Trawna or Tronna.

The best recent event for me was seeing a photo on Twitter of Rob Ford and family alongside Stephen Harper. Harper seemed like he was 'sucking it up', with a slight grimace on his face. After all, Ford, and Ford Nation, was a supporter and against Trudeau and the Liberals. That (posing together) must have been painful for Harper.

But hanging with Ford delivered all those Toronto ridings.

Oh. Wait.

This was just 10 days ago. I wonder if his health has been failing since then or if the fact that he's been in hospital for so long just prompted the rumour of his death, which in turn prompted his office to claim he was in hospital "with family by his side"?

Rob Ford pursues precision treatment in battle against rare cancer

The former mayor is being treated at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto where the Panov program, named after Yaron Panov, is being made available to help individualize cancer care. It uses a treatment called precision chemotherapy.

I understand it will take about 3 months for the program to produce a specific target treatment, if successful.

Rob Ford under 24-hour medical supervision after chemo fails

Toronto city councillor and former mayor Rob Ford is under 24-hour medical supervision after a recent chemotherapy treatment did not work, a source tells CP24.

Ford’s family has been summoned to be by his side at Mt. Sinai Hospital, and doctors are working to determine if the 46-year-old is healthy enough to undergo more treatment.

My thoughts are with Rob Ford and the people that love him. I have no doubt that they are going through a rough time.

Stay strong.
