We have to remember this is the defense's CIC. I swear this woman isn't a lawyer, she just cannot be.

Some of the defense witness testimonies that are being clarified by RM have to make the jury feel somewhat upset for defense even calling these people in the first place. Defense either did not do a good job of interviewing them or they are deliberately misleading the jury with their questions. Have to wonder if this would affect the jury's decision in the penalty stage? Does defense just not get that part? Whatever they are doing is just making JA look worse. jmo

I've often thought to myself, "Why didn't he just end it with her?" After hearing some of the comments here, I think she most definitely was blackmailing him. Every time he tried to end it, IMO she would remind him of all the people she could tell about their "dirty little secret".

I think he started treating her badly in an effort to get her to want to end it. I do not excuse his behavior, but can understand why he might have felt pushed into a corner.

And it goes without saying that at his worst he didn't deserve to be murdered.

I think she wanted to blackmail him. I think he had had enough. He had been trying for how long to get away from her and keep her away from him and when she brought up exposing him, he said something like, "go ahead, I am done with you, I told you this." jmo

It doesn't hurt to hope. It's probably the murderabilia sites. I wasn't aware how many of them there are. And there is the Murder Museum in California. They have a large collection of murderer artwork.

I can't watch the trial like I'd like to but I do my best to keep up with the daily threads. I miss a lot but I do try! I would like to know if yesterday went like this article describes. I know the picture of the penis was shown and there was lots of discussion about who it belonged to but even the title of this article seens misleading and supportive of the defendant. Don't expect anyone to read the entire thing but AM I CRAZY? I just didn't see yesterday going like this at all.

Were the contents of the bag of parts inventoried by LE? when LE turned it over to the defense? If so, have all parts been account for? Any missing or to many? I know that's a terrible to accuse any one, but these are just my opinions and thoughts.

That's my whole point essentially. It doesn't matter if he *was* or *was not* a womanizer. None of it matters. Has no bearing on whether or not someone would justify death

Keep in mind that was the very first "date" that Ryan and Jodi had. The first time they had spent time face-to-face. They were in the same zip code for all of fifteen hours or so and in that time they got quite intimate for people that hardly know each other. We do not know what went down the very first time Travis and Jodi had a date. What happened with Ryan has nothing to do with Travis and we'll never know the truth anyway. How do you know that Travis didn't pull back the first time him and Jodi were alone together?

In my little theory of her blackmailing him all along, I think this time he was just done and called her bluff. Instead of going through with the blackmail. She had to end him.period.
