Seriously?!?!??!?!???! I'll bite my tongue here except to say that is is very "klassy" of her to show us her good side, aka good shoulder, when she's claiming her official media moment!

I find it creepy that she is living her dream as an artist now because of this. She doesnt get to travel but her self portrait is on ebay for 8 grand and climbing.

Murderabilia is so freakin weird.

Just as an aside, some people never get any justice. Their missing children are never found and no perp is ever arrested. They have no idea what happened to their child.

I also think of the Amish whose children were shot at the school. They forgave right away.

I cannot understand these people. They have more strength than I can even imagine nor donI want that strength.

Or even Anne Frank. The hope she still had for humanity.

I still have w list of my heroes but I will stop here

It took me a very long time to understand this. Forgiveness isn't about the perp, it's for yourself and letting go of the burning hatred so you can move forward. The perp need never know. All IMO

Every time I hear the name Jean Casarez, all I can picture is a dinosaur dressed like a lawyer.

Stegosaurus, Brontosaurus, JeanCasarez.

LMAO I never thought about that but now I will.
Jean Casarez ....rex

It doesn't seem right, does it? I watched a program about the whole murderabilia subculture and it was just weird. Especially the Manson collector. He has an entire storage space full of Manson stuff. The dude looked creepy.

I don’t have much to base this on, but IMO, it’s possible that TA came on really strong in the beginning of the relationship and JA believed their relationship was going to become permanent. He had so much to offer her that there wasn’t anything she wouldn’t do to catch him. Thinking that, she did her best to please him and become everything he could possibly want in a good Mormon wife. That being said, when he decided that she wasn’t marriage material she still continued to want more and used all her wiles to catch him while pretending the sexual relationship was ok. It’s my belief that she built up so many resentments against him, especially when he openly courted other women, that she finally made a last ditch effort and when that failed she had more in store for him than he expected. I believe this was a last ditch effort, a planned anger killing ready to be implemented if he didn’t commit to her.

BBM. I agree. I wonder what the proximity is between the "3 **** wonder" email and his murder. If it was close in time, it may have pushed her over the edge, and she acted out, releasing all her rage.

I dont think she was trying to set anyone up. Not Mimi or Reid. I think its just as
she told the detective.
They cant have recognized me, they only know me as a blond!

Its weak evidence really I know plenty of women who dye their hair for a the most random of reasons.

The gas cans and lack of purchases in Arizona BEFORE his death, those are good premeditation. The want for a subtle car, thats good evidence. The handprint and hair those are excellent evidence.

Back to the point, I think her original intent was to just not be able to be proven there. Then when they found evidence she had to change her story. By the time interviews and stuff rolled around its possible that she was deciding between the abuse claim and the random ninjas since she does throw in a few little hints at abuse.

I think it is a very strong piece of circumstantial evidence. Each CE piece does not stand alone. It is linked with other CE and that makes each piece carry weight and this case has an overwhelming amount of strong CE.

While women can dye their hair in a moment's notice 99.9% of them arent doing so upon leaving to travel hundreds of miles to murder their ex knowing full well that her victim's roommates and neighbors knows her as a blonde. When they do that it is to disquise themselves hoping they will not be seen and if they are they will not be recognized.

IMO

She really didn't have much to offer. Someone needs to ask her the last time she spoke with Jodi because by her answers, it doesn't seem like it was recently. She was basing her opinions on things she had seen and heard in the media.

End him, and keep him from talking within the business and church groups about her and warning potential targets she had in mind. Her plans were to move on to the next money marker. As we can see RB was on her list, even if it was nothing more than a contact to get to others. jmo

LampChop what you wrote is so scary true. JA was already targeting her next victim.

What I saw as the brutality of the crime was assigning emotion to it. Someone enraged. That may not have any part of this crime. It could have been a cold, premeditative murder planned to look like multiple people, with mutliple different weapons attacked and killed Travis. Her fear of having a roommate walk in during this time may have kept her addrenaline pumped but she may have been one cool cucumber when killing and staging the scene.

Yep, it's one piece of a puzzle that proves premeditation.

Circumstantial evidence is evidence and when someone looks at the totality of steps taken to keep that trip to AZ Jodi's dirty little secret it screams PREMEDITATION.

That's how Scott Peterson was convicted, the jurors were able to look at the big picture.

Ah ha ha ha!!! My bad, I couldn't understand if there were 4 "Amish" sites on the computer...like 4 Amish 🤬🤬🤬🤬 sites, or 4 Amish clothes stores to dress JA up in....oh, I'm laughing sooo hard right now....LOL

Thanks for clearing that up!!

ETA: Or even perhaps 4 Amish ninja's from the "Amish Mafia"????

Too funny TinkieGirl, I could not figure out why people were talking about Amish Youtube sites. :floorlaugh:

I am casting my vote for cool cucumber.... Sheer determination at total destruction.

I think we're getting way off course. Two people having open sex and being open about it is one thing. When one of those people purposefully hides any evidence of that other person even existing anymore then I think you're talking about something else. If any of my girlfriends found themselves in that situation I would say Run! Run faster, you deserve better - I wouldnt say You Go Girl, whatever floats your boat. But that's just me.

Stolat - I'm with you. I'm just glad the prosecution isn't try to sell some of the ideas about the nature of the relationship between JA and TA that I've heard around here.

I wouldn't waste anytime thinking about it if I were a juror. I'm not a juror and IMO it was so insignificant, I'm not even going to waste time discussing it here.

I'd rather talk about the previous witness being one of the best prosecution witnesses yet! Thank you defense for calling him!

And don't forget to thank them for their other fabulous gifts: Lisa for being so credible and supporting TA and of course a BIG shout-out for Daryl who gave up the gas cans! HOLLA!!!!!!!!!!!!

It probably was close in time that she was pushing him over the edge and he had just had enough of her sickening controlling diabolical ways.

That is probably when he also said 'I feel like a dildo with a heartbeat.'

imo
