:notgood: It sorta burns my buns when I read about Jodi complaining about prison food and ebaying crap art for food money.

If you look at her own receipts brought into evidence she bought french fries, cheeseburgers, scones and coffee for days. I'm willing to bet the prison food is more well rounded. I mean she gets fruit, peanut butter, fresh baked bread, veggies, milk and even cookies. In ONE meal, all paid for by taxpayers of Arizona.

And yes I know she was on a road trip but coffee shops have fruit and running through subway to get a sandwich is not that difficult.

So put your pencils down and eat your free food Jodi! :slapfight: No one cares that you want Doritos!

Good afternoon WSers! I'm behind... havent read much of the posts for today yet... But I thought I'd share some things that I havent seen posted yet... and I've been following the trial from the start.

I was reading the court minutes today and found some interesting things... so I have to share them with all of you.

Regarding the hard drive in question... first I was a little worried but then I found court minutes dated 12-04-2012 While the defense was sneaky about shoving the penis pictures in our face... there might be something that THEY should worry about so they decided to try to strike first. We'll have to see when Juan gets up to bat.

"Discussion is held regarding Defendant’s concerns regarding data on the computer hard drive"

The defense requested the hard drive on 10/18/2012 and the motion above was two months later.

I saw someone post yesterday that the 'new evidence' might be a recording from jail.. nope... as it turns out...

It is a very good movie - but leaves you scared out of your wits. Glenn Close absolutely nails the part. And I don't think we had ever seen a character exactly like that before Fatal Attraction. Let us know what you think after you see it.

The act of masterbation alone would make him temple unworthy. Mimi Hall said he was unworthy. I don't remember if she knew in which capacity he was unworthy. Don't know if JA went to her bishop about her problems with TA, I would not "tattle". Bishops have no training. They are there for spiritual problems. He would most likely refer her LDS Family Services for counseling for her and Travis.

i just read a little blurb that said because some people have them when they become mormon, they don't forbid them. BYU students can have them when they start, but they can't get one while they're in school. it's an honor code violation. but the church leadership do disapprove of them. they consider them 'graffiti.'

Yes, she did, getReal -- She had quite a list of to-do's in preparation for The Dead Man Plan. Several things had to be done beforehand: gas cans, hair, getting a gun, knife, renting a nondescript car, planning the route, cash, probably some on-the-road munchies, phone charger, camera, computer, external hard drive perhaps, etc., etc.

And it was a pretty good one since she succeeded with the Main Item on Plan A. Somewhat. I would love to have seen her checklist. Can you imagine her little smiling face while she was making this list?? Grrrrrr.

She did forget at least one item on her Plan B list: a good defense attorney.

Of course TA didn't deserve to die and I am very much a victim-advocate but...

hate to say this but TA isn't very attractive to me and it's more about what he writes (which shows his philosophies and viewpoints) than about his physicality. TA seemed to be full of himself as per his comments in his blog and his myspace accounts (i.e. "Money, Women, Power). Grandiose. Egotistical. And a lot more I could say but won't.

Of course TA didn't deserve to die and I am very much a victim-advocate but...

Hi LB, I believe that is related just to the log in books. That is different from any monitored phone conversations. It was my understanding that the evidence yesterday required audio equipment to be used. imo

Who would have the authority to call this fiasco to an end?

I cannot imagine that her defense team as well as her family would not advise her that it is over for her.

Do we really need to hear any more sex talk or see more naked pictures or whatever other garbage is going to come out? Isn't this enough?

She is evil, soulless whatever. Spend the least of money on her by being done with the trial and no appeals . No interviews. LWOP and no more eBay money for her.

i do agree with you about the sex for the same reason. why is he naked on his bed, and she's naked on the bed, if they didn't have sex? that makes no sense to me. but it doesn't MATTER to me either.

speaking of the bishop, TA went to the bishop about HER, didn't he?

and again, not directing this to you or anybody---JMO---but it really feels like TA being a bad mormon is becoming the issue of this trial, and that's just wrong.

Ok think of it this way,,what if travis sleeps in the nude,,ja comes in and tosses the ky on the bed sits on the chair next to the bed and takes photo one when he's waking up,,he see's the ky puts it on the night stand and tells he to knock it off and she takes photo two,,he gets up and leaves room,,she then takes photos of herself!,everyone says they had sex but i cant find the proof they did yet
