Guessing if you immediately jump up from the bed and run into the shower and turn on the cold water. That could be when Jodi took those pictures of herself. jmo

Can you link the next page cause I'm not seeing it. What I'm seeing is lining up with what I heard in court. The ME had not yet finished he report, it was the detectives opinion

Here is a weird story about "Sleeping with the Enemy" My ex husband tried to be very controlling of me and my children. Needless to say we weren't married very long... In the months after we went our separate ways he would call and try to be nice to me... offering to pay my bills... waving his money in front of my nose (for months) and every time I felt I was beginning to let my guard down to his niceties I would watch that movie! He never lifted a hand to me or my kids but he thought he could come into my home and make his changes and run me and my children like the military... Boy was he sadly mistaken!! Sent him packing within a year! Live and learn...

Good for you. I had a Girlfriend go thru similar. I suggested she watch that movie. We took her to LE to file reports and a restraining order. They were just dating. He did continue with disabling her car and showing up with an offer to tow and fix. Please :banghead: LE talked to him and that was about it. She was a long time dear friend. My hubby went over finally to his place. Grabbed him by the collar. I think he may have twisted the collar a bit to get the message across :what: And said If u ever bother her. Me or my wife again I have no issue with doing 3 hots and a cot. It worked :blushing:

She had to have had more than one plan which may have been the reason for taking the pictures. What if someone came home while she was killing TA? jmo

She wanted to plea to 2nd as I understand it. That was a no go.

But how about now? Can they end it with LWOP? Is there any authority that could offer that?

The State presented evidence that the victim was first shot on the right side of his head near his eye with a .25 caliber handgun and that the bullet lodged in his left cheek. This wound was not fatal and may or may not have rendered the victim unconscious. The victim did not remain unconscious based on the infliction of the other wounds and the location of blood spatter evidence in the bathroom sink and blood in the hallway. In addition, the defendant told the police that the victim was unconscious after being shot but then crawled around and was stabbed.

This was already brought up in testimony from Det. Flores and Dr. Horn.
Det. Flores testified that he was mistaken when he testified at a hearing early on in the case.
Dr. Horn was deposed by the defense much later and has always maintained the stab wound to the chest was first.

I imagine these same two people, Bob Shutts and Juan Martinez representing the State, could accept a plea if JA would take LWOP. I don't think she is willing to do that. Maybe at the end of the trial and before closing she will. I don't know.

What pisses me off is its perfectly legal to drag Travis through the mud with all sorts of ridiculous accusations but it wouldn't be legal to sell raffle tickets to win a "witness to her execution seat" or make it a "pay per view" event proceeds benefitting his family. That would be morally wrong....

This also takes place shortly before counsel requests to be removed from the case which is also the timeline that JA begins her SD story.

Dr. Horn did not say the two stab wounds were last. He said the last two wounds would have been fatal. Cutting the throat and maybe he felt the gunshot would have been fatal. We know he stated the stab to the heart would have been fatal but he feels certain that was first because TA would have still been able to move around until he bled out. jmo
