For what is worth I believe she really does not stand chance of being found not guilty by this jury. They are majority male.. this will not go well because all of them will put themselves in Travis's place.. They will know how a male thinks about sex and especially when it is offered up on a silver platter like Jodi did. WOW i can not believe they (defense)did not pick more women for jury. Can you say BYE BYE Jodi .....JMO

It's hard to know. What if some of those men are Mormon? Does that change your thoughts?

Look at the way she's rubbing her neck obsessively starting around 47:30. It just really creeped me out. Then the deadpan "Oh, I didn't." As she breaks character for a few brief seconds.

And she says "I just finished the book The Road Less Traveled " .... :what: Talk about full of BS.... :floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

Ok think of it this way,,what if travis sleeps in the nude,,ja comes in and tosses the ky on the bed sits on the chair next to the bed and takes photo one when he's waking up,,he see's the ky puts it on the night stand and tells he to knock it off and she takes photo two,,he gets up and leaves room,,she then takes photos of herself!,everyone says they had sex but i cant find the proof they did yet

Endowed Mormons are supposed to wear their garments day and night. The garment may be removed for bathing, sex and some sports. It is possible that Travis slept in the nude...but the "rule" is to wear the garment at night. I can see where she might have barged in when he was sleeping nude and threw the KY on the bed. Very possible.

I still think they will see her as a "Delilah" A Biblical 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 one of several dangerous Temptress in the Hebrew bible.

That's a really good book by M Scott Peck. Also his book "People of the Lie" deals with psychopaths. wonder if she read that one too.

I'm Ok with defense trashing the victim if it essential to show the victim had exhibited behavior that supports the def claims. For example, if a woman takes out an RSO on her abusive husband and he beats her and she pushes him down the stairs in a struggle, I think it's necessary to show how he treated her to put her actions into context. Victim bashing has gone on forever. It's not new. Some times even warranted. Think of all the mafia killing trials. This concept is ok when in proper context.

However all they've got in this case is a guy who may have lied to friends/family, cheated on his girlfriends and used women for sex. Yeah?? So what?? They just described hundreds of thousands of guys in America. Should we round em all up and shoot them too? Oh, and slit their throats? And butcher them
29 times?

First BBM: ITA
Second BBM: i was nodding my head, here, as I was reading this, and PART of me was going: hmmm, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, and then at the rounding them all up part, I'm going: MIGHT not be SUCH a bad idea, but after we got em all rounded up, THEN what do we do with 'em?...and next thing you know, I was remembering this hilarious commercial about cat herding that aired during a Super Bowl Sunday, where the sponsor was EDS... does anyone else remember that one?

I believe only temple worthy people wear garments. I've not seen where TA had gone through the temple ceremony but I could be wrong.

Travis is not on trial for whether or not he was Temple worthy. Whether they had sex or not is not important and certainly didn't get him killed. In fact, I don't think to Jodi sex had anything to do with it. I think Travis kept her away from his Mormon friends for a reason and it was not to hide what they were doing. I think he was trying to make her realize she was not for him, nothing personal. I believe she alluded to him having sex with her all the time to those who would listen. I don't think she came right out and said so but gave people the impression that they were when maybe they weren't at that time.

As for the KY it was not included in the evidence. It vanished which would go along with Jodi bringing it and not forgetting it when she left. In the pictures you can see it was moved from the bed to the nightstand next to the chair she was sitting in while taking pictures. She did not take pictures of him while she was in bed with him. There are no pictures together.

In evidence there are no pictures of them together where they are having sex of any kind. So far we have heard only one person, a friend, say admitted he had sex with her once at that time. That friend also said TA was working with his priest about what happened. So he was not trying to hide it obviously.

I also find it hard to believe TA would have left a greasy bottle of lubricant lying on his comforter or sheets and it's more likely that it was thrown onto the bed right before the picture was taken. Photographers like to throw things (in the air) to get someone's attention to get that perfect shot.

Unless someone other than JA admits TA confided in them that he was having sex with Jodi regularly, it's speculation and Jodi can't be believed. Most of his friends felt something was going on by the way she was all over him. That is just not proof of anything other than he permitted it. jmo

Don't get me wrong (not that you have) but I don't think TA's temple worthiness should be on trial. But, I do not understand why Mimi Hall was asked all those questions about how the Young Adult family home evenings were organized and why was she questioned about sins?
